Positive: The location was a short distance from the beach but the setting was between a bakers and a closed run-down restaurant. Also next to a 3 lane motorway and a Trainline - so not that impressive.
Negative: Less ants and cockroaches - owner explained afterwards that there was a 'bit of a plague' and had been all year. It would have been nice for her to tell us beforehand. 4 towels for 9 people initially.
Summary: Disappointing - but it had enough room for me to get all the family together.

Positive: The villa was immaculate, very well maintained and stunning much better in real life than pictures portray and very spacious for even large groups you don't feel like your on top of each other. I loved how little amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were in all bathrooms, tea and coffee provided. It also has the home away from home feel whilst on holiday. Close enough to airport. Host is easy to contact and very helpful. Very handy shop on the corner 2 mins away.
Negative: As a group non fluent Spanish speaking people we struggled when booking taxis. When communicating with non English speaking taxis company they would constantly hang up on us as they didn't understand what we were saying. We struggled for over an hour trying to get a taxis, eventually having to ask for help from passers by on the street. We eventually found an app called freenow to use which works like uber as uber wasn't working. We were heading into Barcelona central and it cost about €40 - 50 each way and takes about 30 minutes.

Positive: Estelle was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. The house was amazing, a real hidden gem with a bakery, local shops and the one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited with in 2 -5 mins from the house. Can’t wait to visit again when not working and really enjoy the house, pool and beach Thanks Estelle

Positive: We stayed in a group with family and friends. The rooms were clean, spacious, and it was an excellent stay. It was great that we could walk to the beach, and the pool was a nice touch. However, it was disappointing that the outdoor barbecue was dirty and unusable. Nonetheless, we would like to use it again.

Positive: Great location near train station into Barcelona, beautiful beach and many finr restaurants. The home is huge, with spacious kitchen, wonderful pool and large common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Negative: Nothing. It was all great!
