Positive: Great communication on the day of arrival. Very nice appartment with 2 twin rooms and an extra sofa bed, larger than we expected. Very nice balcony with table, chairs and 2 additional beach chairs. The beach is at the end of the street, with 2 very nice beach bars. Plenty of offstreet parking. The pool looked fine and clean but was too cold to use this time of year
Negative: Kitchen utensils. It would be nice if there was a bit more, more cutlery, more cups and bowl (for yoghurt, there were only 2), some scissors etc.

Positive: It was clean. Pedro was very communicative. It was very comfortable, fresh, clean and new. It was an hour away from things we wanted to do. But my friend and I are 2 women in their 40s we liked that it was quiet and we had a rental car. So we were happy with the location we chose. And there was parking and laundry. And Pedro upgraded our room too. We didn't need it. But it was a nice jesture.
Negative: Whoever was there previously to us scratched up the frying pan pretty bad. But a lack of plastic utensils, and that is why. So only that. Nothing big to complain about at all!!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Canyamel at Sa Torre. The town itself was nice and quiet, providing a relaxing escape. The online check-in made our arrival go fast and smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay!
Negative: Do note that if you rent an electric car, there are no charging points in Canyamel, the nearest is a 15 min ride to Cala Ratjada.
