Positive: Clean, modern, and comfortable studio in Tera Bandung. Great location—walking distance to Braga, Asia Afrika, and the train station so I could head back to Jogja. The WiFi was fast, AC worked well, and the bed was super comfy. The building is secure, with a pool and gym, and the hosts were responsive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Bandung! Would definitely return. Always a pleasure to see Mr. Boni and Mr. Deni as well.

Positive: Always feels like home away from home!The location is near Braga and it's a short walk to night market. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, WiFi was reliable, and the AC kept the room cool. The host (Mr. Boni) was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth. Having a restaurant and Alfamart on the ground floor is huge as well. I'll be back for my meeting in May.

Positive: It is so strategic, as it is only walking distance to Braga Street. It is so quiet at night, although it is located near to the busiest street in Bandung. The apartments are also equipped with so many facilities, it is so comfortable to stay with such a big group. Check in and check out processes were so easy with such clear instructions. The host was able to accommodate to our needs throughout the stay.

Positive: The location is the best. Having a sycurity system in the building makes it more comfortable. The Alpha mart shop is an additional advantage to the residence.
Negative: No hangars in the toilet. Kitchen would needs more cabinets on the wall to put kitchen aminties. The building needs to have a concierge in between the owners. Whoever needs the concierge, should be able to find it, for a fixed amounts of money. The furniture generally is not as good as should have been. The most important part, I suggest to the owners to hire staff who can speak English. Many kids in Indonesia have good level of English, that would make the residence more attractive.

Negative: *TV remote battery wasn’t checked. When I use it didn’t work. When I contact the staff they say they already gone home and will replace in the morning. In the morning they forgot. *if you bring your own car before park in basement better get your room key first else you won’t be able to enter elevator area *at 11.20 the staff will knock your door continuously until you open the door. It’s just so annoying especially if you are at the bathroom. They just want to check when will you leave
