Summary: A run down hotel in poor condition

Summary: It was a very nice and clean hotel close to a big shopping centre and a laundry service. It was also close to the old city with many restaurants. Friendly staff. The small pentry was ok. However, the stove was malfunctioning, maybe because it was old.

Summary: Cleaning standards need to improve, and some maintenance carried out. For the price paid, I would expect better. Conveniently located for the Palais des Expositions - Nice Acropolis (convention centre) but you can find better if you book in advance.

Summary: We’d read a few reviews that were critical of the condition of the property but our actual 1 bedroom apartment was well presented, clean and comfortably furnished. Shower not the best but passable. Hallways and decor were a little shabby and wall coverings were damaged so could definitely do with a refresh. This was in contrast to the lobby area which was bright and pleasant. Rooftop pool is a nice feature but would benefit from a few chairs so didn’t spend a huge amount of time there. We didn’t use the kitchen and instead dined out but fridge was a good size and ample crockery and utensils from what we could see. Large supermarket directly across the road. Staff were all friendly and informative. Hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of main attractions. Could do with some TLC but good value for money if planning to be out and about most of your stay.

Summary: Stayed here for 1 night with our 4 children. Excellent price, clean and comfortable room, very comfortable beds. Location also good. Corridoors in poor condition.

Summary: Good location next to shopping mall and close to train station. Apartment good size but not logically toilet in one room and sink in another. Very dirty carpet. Heating centrally set to 19 degrees. They are rebuilding part of Apartment so maybe will be better in the future.

Summary: Nice staff, especially the Receiption pretty young lady, she’s always smile, friendly and helpful. Good and comfortable room. Very convenient location, shopping mall in the opposite side.

Summary: Staff were very friendly and helped us find a place to watch the Olympics opening ceremony the day we checked in. Cold water dispenser by the front desk was heavenly on hot summer days. Kitchen had everything to make easy lunches and dinners. Location close to Nice-Riquier meant we could easily travel around the coast very easily.
