Negative: Cleaning needs improvement I stayed for 5 days and there was no cleaning service or towel changes during that time, which is not acceptable. This was my second time staying here, but I'm now considering other options because of this issue. A more consistent cleaning schedule would greatly improve the guest experience.

Negative: Staffs told me to clean the kitchen , switch off, trash out by myself , if not then will have to pay around 65 euros , it‘s so weird why do we need to clean and do something bullshit like this outsell , it‘s a hotel! Check at photos I sent to you! They asked for 200 euros for deposit, so annoying!!!

Positive: The roof top views provided a quiet place to enjoy a drink and snacks at the end of our busy days. We loved being able to stroll along the Promenade and being close to the beach.
Negative: Traffic and street noise in the evening meant that we had to keep the windows closed.

Positive: Staff were all fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed there 10 years ago before the kids came along. Our only disappointment was 2 days of our stay the hot water was turned off from 9-5pm due to maintenance works on water network, there were signs up to warn of it happening ahead of time but it was still inconvenient with having the two young boys . The view, fantastic, my only criticism would be the living room window/onto balcony needs curtains because of a night, that room was still too bright A 2 minute walk from 2 amazing bakeries, 2 minute walk from the nearest tram stop that can take you anywhere, 10/15 mins and you’re in the main town or port Or if you’re up for a walk which we did each day the prom is Just amazing
