Summary: The kitchen has been updated. The property has a beautiful view. It is loud on terrace because of the prime Promenade location. The tram stop is directly behind property which was ideal.

Summary: This is the place to stay when you want to visit Nice. The apartment is wow!!! Amazing views over The Promenade des Anglais. Everything was so pretty, was roomy and had lots of light and these gorgeous views!!!! Photos can't capture the full beauty of the scenery! we will be back for sure! Edith was extremely kind and dedicate, and check-in and check-out were very easy and efficent. Thank you, Edith!

Summary: That apartment is even better than it’s shown in the pictures. The location is great, right on the promenade, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The Promenade can get a bit busy & nosy, but you can’t beat the view & the location. Both bedrooms face the quiet street on the back side of the building. The apartment is modern, clean & has everything you need to have a great stay.
