Summary: Prime position on the Promenade des Anglais, with a fabulous view of the Med and close to public transport and amenities. The air con refused to work, the fridge hummed like it was about to take off and the bathroom could do with a refurb, but it was spacious and very comfortable - and I would stay there again simply for that view!

Summary: Second time we visited, this time with big balcony out to the sea. Very friendly and helpful personel, very nicely cleaned apartment when we arrived. Dishwasher needs some repair. Also oiling of door-hinges (very squeaky).

Summary: Property clean and light but a little bit small for four people. We didn't like the little room with the toilet. Nearby you can find car park and supermarkets, city centre quite far but easily reacheble by public transports.

Summary: The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Staff were friendly enough when we passed but didnt have mich interaction as it is pretty much self service accomodation which worked very well. The size of the studio we had was perfect. We didnt try thebreakfast but it smelt nice every morning. All in all I would happily book this Aparthotel again.

Summary: the property is in a nice area with tram transportbclose by or a 40 min walk into central Nice. the apartments are nice with a kitchen area, bathroom and separate toilet. staff are pleasant. the continental breakfast is the same each day. edible but unexciting. there are few restaurants within 20 minutes walk.
