Summary: What I like: large flat for a family of four. Equipped with a small cloth washer which was important for us. Cloth had to be wrack dried. Safe and quiet neighborhood. With a car, it’s easy to get to the main Barcelona attractions. Park on the street right in front of the building or you can use the unassigned parking space (limited availability) unde the building. What can be improved: only starter kitchen supplies and toiletries (paper towel, dish and cloth detergent, shampoo, hand soap) were provided. No basic condiments such as salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil. I found it inconvenient as we only stayed for three nights, buying those would mean a lot of waste at the end. Our room was only made once on Friday. No housekeeping on Saturday maybe because it was weekend? Overall, a great place to stay for a family vacation. I would not hesitate to choose it again for my next Barcelona trip.

Summary: Very comfortable stay. The only thing is that we have luggages and with 2 kids. We have to order a taxi to get there and to go to the train station when checking-in and checking out.
