Positive: If you are looking for a very peaceful place with a short walk/ drive from hiking trails with beautiful views look no further. Apartments are located next to the golf course, few minutes away from fun park for kids. Apartments are very cozy. We had a wonderful time.

Positive: Location: Fantastic location. Easy 7-minutes drive to the nearest town for groceries and whatnot. Any hiking trails 10-20 minutes drive away. Great for dog owners - nearby wide and wild meadow for walks. House: The apartment was great - very cosy, well insulated from the outside temp (on that more in the "didn't like" section) and noise, one couldn't hear anything from the neighbours. Tiles all across the floors, which was a big priority for us, having two dogs with us. Bedroom was fine, big bed, side tables, all that, although personally we did find the mattress to be way too soft, morning back pain all week. The bathroom fantastic - spacious shower, big mirror, enough storage space, radiator/rack worked very well. Kitchen - designed for people, who rather heat up their food, not enjoy cooking it on their vacation. All the appliances are there, only the counter space is so micro. Plus, not even an induction stove, which made it so much easier to burn yourself or melt the provided plastic cutting boards. Plates, bowls, mugs or glasses are all there. Dining table good, sofa good. Balcony/terrace with a seating set great. Landscape: We were very lucky to have one of the houses situated furthest in the row, which gave us the best view of the mountain landscape. The window wall in the living room is spot on! Plus, we enjoyed couple of sunset brews on the balcony! Breathtaking, really. Parking: Private parking spot assigned to each house. Tesla charger on site (at the golf course main building/parking), charging free of charge for the guests, wow 👍🏼 All in all, we had an extremely lovely time staying at Apartmany Hradecek. The staff at the reception was polite and professional. We didn't take our golf gear this time, but the course looked definitely exciting. We will definitely come back, given the chance!
Negative: Kitchen: The counter space is microscopic. There is definitely space for improvement - literally - there was a perfect spot just across, next to the window and the TV to add that extra, definitely needed kitchen counter. No induction stove, so quite counter-intuitive design approach, taking into consideration the counter space size. Additionally, there's no air vent above the stove, so brave yourselves and open the balcony door as wide as possible! Right, and only salt and pepper. No sweetners. The TV: I don't know if it's that important, but it's a point of interest for many people - no smart TV, so if you enjoy watching your show or a movie on the big screen after all day's hike, you better bring your laptop and an hdmi cable, cause casting didn't work either, since the TV refused to connect with the WiFi. The extra touch: For the price of stay we have had better "welcome baskets", the base like a whole bunch of different teas and coffee, choice of sweetners, some local produce, leaflets on the area. Here you get two coffee pods and an info that you may always buy some extra and the reception. Dog fee: Ouch, really steep compared to the prices on the market. Last, but definitely not the least. The TEMP: Let's just say it was so well insulated and therefore so hot in the apartment. Every room was equipped with a thermostat for the floor heating, very easy to use, off/on and the level 1-6?. And it worked very well, we kept it off or on 1 with open windows at all times, which gave us a comfortable level of warmth. But the nights. The nights were interesting. Even though we turned off all the heating across the apartment, kept the balcony door open, it was sweating hot. We should add our stay was in mid October and the outside temp at night was around 5°C. We honestly don't know what it was.
Summary: We will definitely come back, given the chance!

Positive: Had a perfect stay in the apartment. It had everything it needed to survive the bad weather for the first few days and had a comfortable stay the other days. Upon arrival the apartment was not yet ready but the staff were very helpful to accommodate wishes for another suitable apartment. The apartment itself was clean, modern, had an oven, Nespresso machine and modern bathroom. The location was perfect and only a short drive to all the places you would want to go in the area.
Negative: It was quite warm in the apartment and it seemed the thermostat had no apparent effect on the temperature. Also the kitchen could use some form of ventilation when cooking.

Positive: Very nice apartment, small but equipped kitchen. The property is amazing, a lot of places to walk around and for the kids to play. The restaurant was good and the stuff where very nice.
Negative: The room was hot and the fan\small unit for air conditioning didn't help a lot and was very noisy. The use of the pool required extra charge which we didn't notice upon booking.
