Positive: Once inside the place, it was a fantastic place and was very nice and cozy. The host was super, super nice and attentive. Beds were nice, place was clean, and it met our needs. Internet was good and the TVs were great to have. Showers were top notch too.
Negative: The newly installed DropBox/Mailboxes were very strange. They are right next to the apartment and you here people going in and out all day. Really takes away from the privacy of the place. I'm not sure, but it seemed like anyone could park in the parking spaces up front and on the last day a big work truck was parked there. Also, we had no idea there is someone living above the apartments. We thought we would have the property to ourselves and didn't know the people living above us would be hanging their laundry in the patio area which turned us off from using the area. Overall, the place is very nice inside and did what we needed it to do, but it really wasn't what we had hoped for as far as having the property to ourself

Positive: The room(s) was clean, fragrant, elegant and spacy. The host greeted us with wide smile and was very kind and helpful. Everything was absolutely delightful.
Negative: The only minor issue we had were thin walls. We could easily heard the next room's guests during the morning. Other than that, I would have to try very hard to find anything negative.

Positive: Location was excellent for the Ostravar arena, ten minute walk and five minute tram ride away. Short walk to a shopping centre, with a variety of fast food options. Host was slightly pushed for time, but friendly. Room was clean, well furnished and comfortable.
Negative: I am probably alone in this, but there was a slightly overpowering smell from the air freshener products, the room could use better ventilation before new guests.
Summary: Recommended, good location and facilities.

Positive: The hosts were very friendly(communication on the phone was the wife of the couple she was speaking a little german), we met outside the house, he(sry forgot the name, was speaking english) gave us the keys and a quick roomtour, with all the necessary info. The Location was pretty quiet, parking in front of property, the rooms very nice, inventory pretty modern, clean, spacious. Backyard with grill, seating, a sandbox and a little garden for children to play. Coffe and tea were there, minibar was full, not needed but aprreciated, big shopping mall 5 minutes by foot with an supermarket that has lots of vegan stuff. Kitchen was fully equipped, only thing missing was a dishwasher, but thats not a big deal for us. One of, if not the nicest appartment I have seen in Czechia in the last few years. Will defenitely try to stay there again, when coming back to Ostrava.

Positive: Walking distance to Avion Shopping Mall which has good shops, places to eat and great gym. There is also go-carting and a VR gaming area. So for thinks to do for a short break, it's very good.
Negative: Although the kitchen looks nice and modern the basics to cook a meal where not there. Bring your own salt, pepper, frying pan etc!
