Positive: nice location, close to the center and shopping mall, quite place, 7 min with tram to railway station, building with interesting, it was build 100 years ago and I liked it. I had good room, there was cattle and safe in the room. it was very warm

Negative: I had good room but in my opinion bath can be improved, there was bath there but to take shower was impossible as it was not possible to hang it. also no curtain. It will be good to have possibility to open window. I also think breakfast can have a little more variety, although it was ok.

Negative: The pillows were huge. I can only sleep on the side, woke up with a stiff neck. It would be good if they also had normal sized pillows

Positive: The hotel is centrally located, so we expected a bit of noise. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and having on-site parking was extremely convenient, making it easy to manage with a car.

Negative: The breakfast selection and quality were disappointing. There wasn’t a proper café option, and the buffet was not consistently replenished. While the hotel was nearly full, better preparation should have been made to accommodate all guests.

Summary: Rooms very comfortable but breakfset should be improve!

Positive: The hotel was a beautiful old building. The lobby/bar areas are tastefully decorated with African and military artifacts. There is an elevator for use by guest. We booked our room, 202, for two nights on fairly short notice. We were pleasantly surprised that it had a tub in the room. The rooms are rich with dark wood and clean, not new, but pleasant. Free breakfast was good with deli meats, eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries, sausages, juices, and coffee. AC worked great! There is a great pizza shop to the left as you walk out the front door and kebab shop directly across street, both of which were great. Near bus stop, and close to large mall. The rooms have electric blinds to blackout the light, so you can enjoy a late wake-up if you want. Several bars in neighborhood if that’s your scene, not ours. The was so comfortable. The best we’ve slept on thus far in Europe!

Negative: The only issue we had was with the tv. It indicated it was a smart tv, but we were unable to access Netflix or YouTube on the remote. We asked the front desk and they said it would not connect to the internet. I didn’t understand that since it appeared to be a smart tv.

Summary: Clean, comfortable stay!
