Positive: It is in a walkable proximity of the spa, parks or any other landmarks. There is a free parking available on the main road in front of the apartments. There is a bakery across the street for some fresh pastry and there are cats (and also turtles and a dog) in the backyard (window from the bedroom). They are usually quiet and cute to watch from the window. The bedroom window is equipped with a net against insects. Kitchen is equipped well, you shouldn't miss anything.
Negative: As expected it is on a busy street, so if you are more than two, so you need extra sofas as beds in the kitchen or living room, then the morning is more noisy and it can be a problem in the hot summer, when you need to ventilate. The double sofa in the living room was not too much comfortable, but that was expected. The Wi-Fi had bad signal and was unstable, so I would recommend here to have your mobile data, unless it improves, especially, if you need to work here.
Summary: Good price with good service for a pair or family, just beware that only one bedroom is quiet.
