Positive: We had an excellent experience. Dado met us upon arrival, helping with our luggage and showing us around the apartment. The room is well-equipped and very well located, about a 10-minute walk from the historic center, which made our tours much easier without worrying about schedules or transportation. Dado was very attentive and assisted us both with a late check-out and with valuable tips we needed.

Negative: We had no complaints.

Negative: There were approximately 70 stairs to the apartment, not a problem for us but with anyone with mobility issues, it would be a real problem.

Positive: It was clean and spacious It was quiet. Excellent location. Great facilities. I was greeted with two beers, unfortunately I don’t drink beer, however the sentiment was welcomed. I was greeted by Dado in the street as I got lost!

Negative: The bar fridge in the room, was a bit disturbing, but I am a light sleeper. It might not bother others. I needed an iron, or steamer, could be a good addition to add to my stay, but it was not critical therefore did not want to bother Dado. If you have problems with climbing three flights of stairs, this accommodation won’t work as there is no lift.

Positive: The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the old town and ferries, everything you could need is a stones throw away. The room itself was big, clean and had everything we needed and perfectly air conditioned. The owner even welcomed us with two beers in the fridge and replied to any questions within minutes. Couldn’t recommend this place more, will be staying here again if we come to Split! 🙏

Positive: The location is pretty good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, port and city centre. Cosy, quite and comfortable. They gave us a pair of beers and chocolate as welcoming. Nice detail.

Negative: It was not totally clean the shower. Unfortunately there are no lift but anyways is ok.
