Comfortable apartment completely new and luxuriously furnished with custom-made furniture, equipped with every comfort, with large terrace and stunning sea views. Just few steps from the beach, popular local restaurants, tennis courts, children's playgrounds , pubs and discos along the promenade.
The apartment is located on the first floor: safety door, entrance hall with cupboard, living room with large corner sofa (which becomes extra bed) , glass table with 6 chairs, LCD TV with satellite and cable TV, WiFi internet, from living room leads to the terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, all with sea view and pine trees on the front of the house.
Kitchen: well equipped with oven, ceramic hob , dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee machine , coffee maker, everything you need for cooking , glass table for 4 people.
Sleeping : Double bedroom with sea views and large wardrobe, orthopedic mattress with system memory, little sofa seat ;
another bedroom with two single beds with orthopedic mattresses latex with 7 different areas , large wardrobe, chest of drawers and table / desk ,
Bathroom: with underfloor heating, radiator, shower, washing machine, ventilation.
Air conditioning / heating in all rooms, even in the kitchen.
Also available: hair dryer , vacuum cleaner , iron and ironing board, all the necessary to keep the apartment clean , liquid soap , toilet paper , washing up in the bathroom, in the kitchen detergents and sponges, dish towels.

Summary: A lovely little apartment, great location just outside the main bustle of Split. 3 minutes to a small beach. 3 outstanding restaurants within 3 minutes.Every convenience in the apartment Barbara was very easy to communicate with and set up a ride in from the airport. Would go again

Summary: We stayed 6 days in this wonderful place: couldn’t be a better choice of location in Split. Modern clean apartment with all necessary amenities, comfortable and spacious. The hostess was super helpful and attentive to all our needs/ inquiries. Excellent for family with two kids, swimming is just across a street, pleasant stroll to the old town and promenade. Supermarkets and restaurants are also in vicinity. I’d highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Split.

Summary: Across the street from the Adriatic which has a great walkway. Closure to restaurants and Cafes. 3 Euro Uber ride from the Palace and promenade. We would stay again!

Summary: The apartment was large, well kept with a good supply of items for cooking in the kitchen. It was clean with excellent bedding arrangements. On street parking was difficult. Excellent porch, handy for drying clothes. Written directions to washing machine would be helpful. Barbara was very kind and helpful. Good locatation.

Summary: A short walk from the apt gets you to a nice beach and a selection of beach restaurants without the tourist crowds. More of a local scene. I wish I had more time there. Highly recommended.

Summary: Barbara’s apartment was immaculate/home from home with great attention to detail. The location for the beach and various cafes restaurants meant we didn’t have to venture far for breakfast/dinner. Will definitely recommend this apartment to family/friends.

Summary: What a great, well- decorated and - equipped flat, near Diocletian’s Palace, and with on-street parking available. There is a neighborhood market and a larger Spar supermarket within a five minute walk, so we were able to easily provision for breakfast and dinner, enjoying lunches while out exploring Split. While we did not take advantage, there are several beaches across from the flat (no view). Barbara was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the flat was, including placemats and candles! Highly recommended...
