Positive: Boravak u Vili Borova bio je fantastičan! Apartman je besprekorno čist, moderno ureden i poseduje sve sto je potrebno za udoban odmor. Lokacija je odlična, na svega nekoliko minuta hoda od jezera, šetališta i svih glavnih sadržaja na Srebrnom jezeru. Poseban utisak ostavila je picerija u prizemlju zgrade. Pice su izuzetno ukusne, pripremljene od svežih sastojaka, porcije su velike, a osoblje ljubazno i uslužno.

Positive: Lokacija apartmana je na odlicna , nama je odgovaralo sto nije direktno na setalistu i sto je znacajno mirnije nego u tom delu. Sto se tice samog apartmana, zadovoljava osnovne potrebe za kratak boravak na jezeru. Apartman je lep i nov.
Negative: Nama se jedino nije dopalo sto je higijena u apartmanu svedena na osnovnu i minimalnu (zamena posteljine i peskira, izbacena kanta za smece, prisredjen toalet) Paucina po coskovima, a terasa nikad posecena i sredjena.

Negative: Even though they confirmed my arrival time, when I arrived, the room wasn't ready, there was no one to receive me and I happened to meet the replacement cleaning lady who doesn't work there regularly, who tried to help me. It took the owner a while to figure out who I was and which room I was supposed to go to. After it was resolved, I had to wait for the room to be prepared. While waiting on the balcony, I discovered that there were 2 adjacent buildings in the final stages of construction and there was terrible drilling and knocking. When I finally entered the room, I discovered a terrible buzzing sound from the fuse box. The owner didn't know what to do, every question I asked her was answered with "I don't know" I had to manage on my own and the feeling was really bad. Finally, she said that her husband is responsible for the guests and that he is on a trip until Friday and only then I'll have someone to talk to. 😑 The window is blocked by gardening equipment, There is no spa, there is a jacuzzi in the courtyard outside the complex and it wasn't active either, claiming that it is only in season. I called two weeks in advance to make sure I had a shuttle to the airport and that wasn't taken care of either. Even to pay I had to look for the owner of the apartment. I really don't recommend this place. The hospitality experience was terrible and personally I was left with a very bad taste. I regret not flying out of there the first day I arrived.
