The apartments are spacious and bright rooms. The terraces are south facing. The accommodation is suitable for children and the elderly. The apartments are easily accessible by elevator. There are community swimming pools (adult and children) and solarium area, with sun beds, umbrellas. A games room and breakfast and dinner can be taken in the restaurant. There is a 24-hour reception.
Accessibility
There is wheelchair access to the apartments and throughout the complex, as well as outside. The outer pavement with ramps for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.
The route to the beach is flat at the surface level, so even access to the beach is possible by wheelchair.

The fishing village of Morro Jable is about 20 minutes away on foot. The great beach promenade also features an adorable series of restaurants. The local food is fantastic. It has banks, post office and police station, plus a large supermarket and laundry.
Coast / Beach
The (start of) the beach is only a short 100 meters walk from the apartment building. Sun loungers and umbrellas, can be rented at regular intervals along the beaches, where there are also occasional bars on the beach to relax, listen to music, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes.
Beach.
The beach is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and there are diving schools nearby. Other activities available include fishing, diving, sailing, tennis, golf, boat trips, visits to other islands by boat, bicycle, camel riding, mountain biking, tricycle cycling, cross bike, jet skis, botanical gardens , zoo (the largest and most complete of all the Canary Islands) and walking. Fuerteventura has a very relaxing volcanic landscape.
Distances
Morro Jable is the nearest town. It takes about 20 minutes on foot, along the beach or along the promenade. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a bus to get there. It is a town with good restaurants along the coast. It has banks, post office and police station, hypermarket (Spar-Padilla), laundry, and much more!

Summary: The area is perfect to enjoy the beach and the south of the island. The apartment is cute, clean, nice with a balcony with spectacular views, directly to the beach. It is well equipped, close to the pool and every service. It is free to park near the complex. Also, it has public transport just in front of the complex. The area is full of shops, supermarket, restaurants and others. The transparent beach is just in front of the main door. Really, perfect to enjoy the perfect holiday.

Summary: The apartment is cute, clean, nice, magnificent seaviews from its balcony. The pools are in the same floor, very comfortable for us. The area is full of shops, restaurants, bars, excursions, activities and also the beach, just in front of the main door of the complex. The water of the sea is transparent, the sand is blonde and fine. More than perfect for us.

Summary: We liked everything, both inside and outside the apartment. The interior is spacious, has a practical and pleasant decoration, with lots of light. The first exit to the balcony, left us speechless, beautiful views to the beach and sea. The pools of the complex are on the same floor, every morning we had we swam for a while, before having breakfast. The location is unbeatable, all kinds of services, the beach a few steps away and very close to the village. A pleasure to sleep every night, listening the murmur of the waves in the sea. Our holiday was amazing.

Summary: We love Canary islands but this is the first time in Fuerteventura. We have rented two apartments in this complex from the same owner. This apartments is nice, clean, well equipped in an area with every service you may need. The balcony is quite big wiht furniture and relaxing seaviews to the beach. The area of pools are very relaxing too, having seaviews from the sun loungers. Higly recommended for everybody that likes the sun, clean beaches and relax.

Summary: This is a very well kept and equipped apartment. There is everything you need for a great holiday. There is a wonderful sea view from the big terrace where you can have meals. The apartment is spacious and we felt very comfortable there. It is spotlessly clean. We had numerous TV channels in many languages, like English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and more. Very easy to park there. We were close to an excellent supermarket, beach and shopping, restaurants, etc. My family enjoyed our time in Morro Jable, a nice relaxing vacation by the beach and the apartment location was ideal. We highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We spent several days in two apartments, in the south of the island that belongs to the same owner. Both are perfect for a holiday at the beach. This apartment is very spacious, clean, equipped, it has a big balcony with nice seaviews. The area of pools is very quite and relax with seaviews to the beach also. Just outside of the complex, there are every service you may need as supermarket, restaurants, shops, etc. The temperature was 28ºC in the sun, incredible in December!. We recommend it to everybody that love to spend its holiday quite&relax, under the sun and marvellous beaches.

Summary: Once again, with some friends, we have been in two apartments which belong to the same owner. Two years later, we checked that both apartaments continious being very nice, clean, full-equipped, the balcony is nearly painted with fantastic seaviews, directly to the beach. The location is perfect, close the sea, supermarket, shops, restaurants, shopping centers. The owner take care of the apartments, so I recommend to stay there for a nice holiday.

Summary: We love this nice apartment very much. We've been there in two equals apartments with my family of 8 people. We enjoy the swiming pool, very quiet, clean. The area is quiet, next to supermarket and every service. Both apartments are full equiped, very clean and comfortable. Perfect!!.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, nice, equipped in the kitchen. It has a big balcony with seaviews to the beach where we have breakfast seeing the sea. Beautiful. Also, there is pools at the complex to have sunbathing and swim. Around, is full of shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. We recommend this to everybody. It's perfect.

Summary: This apartments is located in the best area of Jandia, close to the beach and all services as supermarket, restaurants, banks, shops, shopping centers. It is clean, cute, it has a balcony with fantastic seaviews,, directly to the beach. There are pools inside of the complex with beach loungers. It is very quite for relax there.
