Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Ibiza in the flat! Strategic and scenic position, right in front of the sea, 20’ from Eivissa town walking and close to Playa d’en Bossa! You can reach the house from the airport in 15’ by taxi! The area is super served by bar, restaurants and supermarkets. Very quiet at night! The owner is super responsive and the check-in procedure very smooth!

Summary: Perfect communication, close to the city center, correct description of the property, a perfect place to stay especially during the Easter season with a lot of nice cafes closeby and a wonderful view from the balcony. We would definitively come back. It might get a bit noisy during the summer season since the beach is a popular hot spot for tourists. Luckily, the windows in the bedroom are double-glazed. Thank you for having us.

Summary: We loved the view. We were here in winter, sun is all day at the balcony and Lots to see. People walking and running in the boulevard. We had 1 thing not working properly, but were helped straight away. We can recommend this appartement!

Summary: The flat location is really amazing, 10 meters from the sea , the sea view from the balcony is great , all day but especially at sunste time. The flat is big, rooms are large, there is plenty of space for 6 people. If you have a car and you don't want to pay, you will need to park about 15 minutes walk from the flat. Else there is a 30€/day car park 3 minutes from the flat. You can also rent a car or a scooter , there are plenty of rental agencies 50 meters away on the same street. This is the 4th time in Ibiza for your our family, and this flat is really a good deal for 6 persons. Thanks to Ivana for her support, she was extremely reactive when we needed assistance.

Summary: The apartment has a lovely view and was a great location. It was missing some basics like a kettle and hand soap. It needed a decent clean as there was hair and dust all around and the bed sheets and pillows were dirty.

Summary: Apartment is perfect. Communication with the landlord was very good. The price of the apartment is also very good. When we left, our landlord even arranged a taxi for us, which is not common. It couldn't have gone any better. Definitely come back. Best regards, Suzan, Janina & Marion

Summary: This property was disappointing because of the misleading information that wi-fi was included. When we arrived to the property, the manager said that wi-fi has not been set up or even attempted to be. Because we were traveling internationally, this was a huge inconvenience for us as we need to stay connected for flights, taxis, etc. Otherwise the property was spacious but was outdated and the cleanliness was concerning. The was an apparent flood/leak leaving the ceiling to cave in and there was evidence of mold in one of the bedrooms. I would not choose to stay at this property again.
