Summary: The Flat is really nice, clean and perfect for two people, everything you need for a short trip. But the environment is very loud and noisy with trains seemingly going trough your bedroom. Very nice flat, a bit too close to the tracks. But Quinto al Mare is super-beautiful and worth a trip. The beach is only a few meters away! Rosanna, the host, is very kind and helps where she can, thank you!

Summary: An excellent apartment. All the amenities you could want. Shops, banks and restaurants are all close. Very convenient for the very regular bus and train services to central Genoa and Nervi. Great communication from the owner Rosanna. She was very kind to come and pick us up at the local train station in bad weather. I would definitely recommend this property if you wish to visit the beautiful city of Genoa.

Summary: Very comfortable apartment! You will find there everything you need for daily life. The owner is very-very kind and responsive. We had a great pleasure of communicating to Rosanna, and we indeed hope that one day we will come back there. We would recommend to everybody, who comes to Genoa, to stay in this apartment. Despite the railway is not far and you can hear trains from time to time, you won’t pay any attention to this fact in one day. The beach is just 2 min of walk. All shops and restaurants are very close, so you won’t need to take a car. We had such wonderful holidays!!!

Summary: We will never forget the incredible kindness of Rosanna. From the first contact, she was helpful in advising on transportation options and suggesting activities and places to eat. She met us at the train station with a car to transport our luggage to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished and close to the sea, shops and the train station. After we checked out, we realized we left a celphone in the apartment and were on our way to Milan. We were going to return to pick up the phone which would have taken 6 hours round trip but she insisted on delivering the phone to us personally in Milan the same day. I was in tears from this unexpected and extreme act of kindness. Rosanna you were our angel. Thank you, thank you!
