Summary: Very nice, spacious appartment at the 7th floor with magnificent view to the Bodensee, the Swiss and Austrian Alps. Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, nespresso coffeemaker etc. Two sunny balconies with garden furniture. Only a few minutes walk to the supermarket and the train/bus station. You can go for a bike, visit the Bodensee Beach or visit the villages with musea around the Bodensee. A really nice, relaxing and quiet place for your holidays.

Summary: Es waren sehr schöne Tage in der traumhaften Wohnung Alina in Kressbronn am Bodensee. Alles hat prima geklappt und wir kamen in super saubere Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die tolle Aussicht über den See bis zu den Bergen ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war bei unserer Ankunft dass sie Wohnung sehr kalt war (15 Grad); und es hat bis zum nächsten Tag gedauert bis die große Wohnung auf 20 Grad war. Bei kalten Außentemperaturen sollte die Heizung vor Ankunft höher eingestellt werden.

Summary: Die Wohnung bietet für zwei Personen wahnsinnig viel Platz, ist sehr hell und großzügig geschnitten.Einzig das dunkle Badezimmer ist etwas kontrastreich zum Rest der Wohnung. Aufgrund der 7.Etage herrlich ruhig gelegen und der Ausblick von einem der Balkone wirklich wunderschön. Das die Wohnung in einem Hochhaus liegt, ist uns nicht bewusst gewesen, aber das Haus an sich ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, der Fahrstuhl funktionierte und ein Parkplatz immer vorhanden.Die Nähe zum Naturstrandbad und der Promenade wirklich ideal, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs liegen unweit entfernt. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Zwitschern der Vögel vom Balkon aus jeden Tag sehr genossen, dazu der Blick auf Berge und Bodensee. In der Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse alles vorhanden. Auch das wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Schlüsselabholung prinzipiell o.k., aber ohne Auto stellt sich die Frage, wie man zur angegebenen Adresse kommen soll? Ein schöner Urlaub war es für uns:-)
