Positive: Our flight had an 8 hours delay and we arrived at 11:45 pm on a Saturday and the person in charge was there to greet us , super friendly! The apartment was very nice and very clean, had everything you for a comfortable stay. Close to everything, just walking. We liked it had its own private garage with an elevator to our apartment floor. You have a market just next door, a pharmacy one block away, a hair salon in front and several restaurants around. My husband and I were very happy for having chosen it!

Negative: just a recommendation, The parking garage is not spacious like many parking lots in Europe. we rented a mid station wagon and had difficulties with parking slot curves and spaces. If you are renting try a smaller car :)

Summary: it was a wonderful stay! we would choose this apartment again

Positive: Loved the location, great sunny apartment with plenty of room, had everything you needed. Host provided lots of usual information, handy supermarket downstairs and we were able to walk everywhere easily. Loved sitting in the square close by having a drink outside Carmo Convent.

Negative: Whilst we loved the apartment, it desperately needs some attention and general maintenance. Most you could ignore but not the damp and mould on the walls, particularly in the bedroom which has been covered over with wallpaper but black mould still visible. I wouldn’t want to stay in Winter, it would be a health hazard. There’s double glazing but not much use when the house rule is not to use the air con after 10pm. Slept with windows open and woken early hours every day by workers dragging bins through the courtyard. We stayed for a week.

Summary: Great location and big apartment but mould needs to be dealt with

Positive: Location fantastic. Loved the neighborhood. Bright big windows. Very spacious for two people. Good kitchen. Grocery store downstairs. Stairs and escalator take you to street down the hill or give you shortcut home.

Negative: Faded and slightly worn fabrics but clean and I had already expected it so not a problem. Would like another blanket and extra towels. Coffee pods not the tastiest. Some noises at night from AC unit or elsewhere but not bad and minimal noise from outside.

Summary: Would stay again without a doubt

Positive: Property management was great - responded almost immediately to our texts; helped with directions and getting us checked in. Having a private space in the garage for our rental car was wonderful.

Negative: Slight sewage smell in apartment- better after running water and buying some air freshener. Probably just location and not specific to this building.

Positive: Excellent location right beside many attractions, restaurants, metro and even a groceries. A beautiful square and main tourist site right outside. The apartment is spacious and has a bright sitting room with pleasant furniture. Coffee pods provided and very easy to use everything at the house.

Negative: We found the bed wasn’t very comfortable for us, but that could be personal preference. The mattress was very firm and a bit noisy when either rolled over.

Summary: A beautiful, bright apartment in an excellent location!
