Positive: The apartment is very well equipped. It has everything you'd need from shampoo to kids' beach toys and kitchen equipment. It's spacious and clean. The air con works well. Beds are comfortable and it's a nice area. The owner couldn't have been more helpful - communication was excellent both before and during our trip. The area isn't as tourism-based as Cascais and the beaches are lovely. Torres beach is about a 20 min walk away which is fine for adults but a bit of a stretch in heat with very small kids. There are very nice restaurants in the marina and down further. There's a small supermarket next door with everything you'd need. The community pool is worth a visit (get there early and don't bring food). The science museum in Libon was great for the kids, just beside the aquarium. Overall it was a really lovely family holiday.
Negative: The only small thing is that my 4 year old could easily open the balcony doors and it's pretty high up so we had to be very careful of him.
Summary: Lovely apartment with everything you'd need nearby.

Positive: The apartment was sunny and comfortable, with a great layout and a spacious and very well-stocked kitchen. The shower was good, the balcony was pretty and enjoyable, and the location was tops, with a full grocery store steps away and the beach a short walk. Also, the train to Lisbon center (or Cascais) was very accessible and easy.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Positive: An amazing apartment, extremely comfortable, with all appliances that anyone can think of. The host clearly pays attention to all the details, and this is rare even for this segment.
Negative: No flexibility on the check-out time, we needed to leave at 11 sharp. There is/was a noise that comes from outside the apartment, a sort of a buzz, which is heard inside as a phone ringing. As this noise is constant during the night it was a bit annoying.
