Summary: An absolutely beautiful property and setting with everything included you could want. Lucca, the host, is charming, relaxed, accommodating and very efficient. Lots of lovely small touches that make all the difference, free fresh eggs in the morning, fresh vegetables to pick from the garden, grapes from the vine. This really was the most perfect place to relax and unwind. Don’t bother looking any further... book here!

Summary: Our perspective of Casalantico di Rossi was much better than can be seen in the pictures above. The scenery surrounding the property looks like something from a postcard saying “visit Italy’s countryside”. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is relaxed and laid back, don’t look any further. This is the one you’re looking for. Luca was very accommodating when we arrived and was available pretty much anytime you needed (which was never). The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need to cook meals at home, etc. The pool was also very clean and well maintained as well as the grounds surrounding the property. We appreciated the available small washing machine and clothesline. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Though it is true that you need a car to easily access an agriturismo, Casalantico with its reasonable price, beautiful vistas and comfortable accomodations were very worth the cost of also renting a car. The geographic location also made day trips to the beach and cities around the region very easy. We’re already thinking about scheduling another visit to this area in the future.

Summary: For a quiet, relaxing holiday Casalantico is just the right place. Located on a beautiful, tranquil hill that offers a nice view, Casalantico is perfect for someone that needs to get away from the bustle of a city. Except for the occasional tractor you won´t hear anything but the song of birds. My family (2 kids, 4 and 12) enjoyed the big garden and the free WLAN. The grown-ups were happy about the well-equipped kitchen (including an oven) and the nicely decorated rooms as well as the cleanliness of the apartment. There´s even an iron and a washing mashine, which may come in handy if you´ve got small kids. Luca, the caretaker, treated us with a bottle of wine and a loaf of bread as welcome gift and free coffee. For a German family, the only downside was that the satellite TV featured only one German channel (ARD) and two English ones (CNN, BBC News). If you speak Arabian or French you will find plenty of channels that will suit your taste. As we spend out Easter vacation there we were also happy to have a good heating system. Luca, the caretaker, was really friendly and cooperative. He even helped me (I don´t speak Italian) to get my car fixed again, when I had a flat tire and needed to have it replaced. One more thing that may not be to everyone´s liking: Due to the construction of the floors, you may give your neighbours some rest by moving around quietly. The positive aspect is: if you put your kids in the loft, you will be able to hear every move they make. Nevertheless, we can definitely recommend Casalantico as a place to stay: nice, medieval towns like Corinaldo and Mondavio are close, places like Urbino or the sea not far away, and its also good for trips to the amazing cave grotta di Frassasi. Summary: We were looking for a quite retreat close to the coast with a swimming pool for our two young daughters (2 & 4). Casalantico and the surrounding region exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and tidy with modern facilities including a coffee machine, large TV (great for Tour de France), Wifi, BBQ etc. The children especially loved the large pool and play area, and enjoyed picking fresh vegetables from the garden which we ate every night. An excellent find and thank you to Luca our host for making it a lovely holiday.

Summary: We stayed in Casalantico for 5 days and we loved it. Very nice appartment, with very good beds. Very good kitchen with lots of kitchenwear. Nice views, also form the swimmingpool. We recommend this place tot everyone!! We stayed there with our 5 year old daughter. And she also loved it. And in the area are lots of nice places to go to. And to the beach is a 15 minute drive.
