Walk through the private entrance French doors and you will find a large fully equipped private luxury suite with a Kitchen, Sitting Room, Bathroom, Steam shower/Sauna and bedroom with luxurious robes, linens and towels.

This property is perfect to celebrate special occasions; anniversaries, birthdays, attending a local wedding or just enjoying San Diego from a central location.
100% solar powered. A solar carport with available EV charging stations produces the power (80 panels) needed to power the property while providing covered parking and free EV charging to our guests.
The extensive lighted gardens are watered through an internet based system that adjusts the water use based on the weather.
We are doing our part to keep our planet safe while providing our guests with a lighted and air conditioned property to enjoy into the evenings.

Summary: David and Luis's home is simply spectacular. The photos of the house and yard are just as surreal as the actual property itself. They are the ultimate hosts combining guest privacy with courtesy and cordiality. We stayed two weeks and never tired of sitting by the pool, or sitting in the hot tub while looking across the valley into nearby vineyards. The location is excellent as well. We were close to all things that are Southern California from the ocean side beaches to the Palomar mountains Thanks David and Luis.
