The apartment is very quiet, suitable for families with children, and it’s close to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.
You will enjoy a spectacular view of “vall di merse”
The apartment is a separate house close to wood and surrounded by the green Chiusdino countryside! m’s perfect for hikers!
At just 200 m from the house there’s Chiusdino village and at 5 km you’ll see the beautiful san galgano abbey.
You’ll find at your disposal a big garden with table, chairs and a barbecue to have dinner outside.
Moreover there’s a swimming pool with plenty of chairs and armchairs to relax soaking up the sun.
Parking place is straight outside the building.
In the house there’s a first entrance, a big room with fireplace, two bedrooms with plenty of blankets, two bathrooms with showers and plenty of towels and bathrobes and a big room-composed by a living room and a kitchen- with a double bed-
The comfortable fitchen is fully equipped with dishes, fridge, oven, toast machine and espresso machine.
In the living room you will find at your disposal tv-sat. with dvd and stereo.
In the surrounding of the house there are: a lake and a river for fishing, hiking roads. Wonderful villas once belonging to the medici family, abbey, farms, emotioning views and it’s near to Florence, san galgano, siena and the seaside.

Summary: "The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped; Chiusdino is lovely place with splendid characteristic; we had only two day of bad weather the rest was good like the internet connection especially the warmth of the fireplace. Paolo was very kind and helpful in giving us the informationto get to the various resorts of the beautiful Toscany. I will tell to all my friends and definitly will come back."

Accommodation of highest standard: well-equipped, perfectly clean, spacious, comfortable swimming-pool, impressive surroundings and perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. Summary: "Very nice and very well equipted apartment in unbelievably beautiful surroundings. The view was fabulous, as was the whole village! The pool was nice and very clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly. A perfect location for a quiet, relaxing stay. However, you should know at least a few words of Italian, that'll be a great help during your stay."

Summary: "Very nice house on top of a beautiful hill in the Tuscan countryside. The house itself was very clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool is a definitive plus during the summer (and it was clean too). The only gripe we had was the long and winding road we had to drive every time we wanted to go somewhere. That's the price to pay for the isolation and the idyllic views."

Summary: "WE HAD A GREAT TIME IN TUSCANY AND THE VILLA WAS A CHILLED OUT PLACE TO BE BASED,IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION, EASY TO JUST POP OUT TO THE LOCAL SHOPS.ALSO WITHIN EASY REACH OF THE COAST AND A MAJOR CITY (SIENA). WE WOULD DEFINATELY COME BACK. MANY THANKS PAOLO."

Summary: "Everything far exceeded the description on the web site. First of all, Paolo and Manuela are perfect hosts. After our 17 day stay, I know I now have good friends in Siena! The apartment was well equipped inside and out, with lovely views of Chiusdino and the surroundings. I've been to Italy at least 25 times, but this stay was extraordinary. If you want to have a restful place away from crowds, this is that place. All you have to do is drive 40 minutes or so, and you are in Siena and near many other Tuscan sites."

This is a lovely, well equipped, apartment in a beautiful location away from the crowds of "Chiantishire".
