Summary: Very convenient location for our needs, both bathing in the lake and walking in the mountains. Well equipped kitchen, view of the lake from the balcony. Pity there was no Wifi. We enjoyed the beautiful medieval village of Duingt! Very convenient with food shop and bakery within a couple of minutes walking. Several restaurants within walking distance. Friendly neighbours who gave us recommendations about the area.

Summary: The apt was just the right size for my son, his girlfriend and myself. The location was perfect. Mr Bessom and Ramez were easy to communicate with and accommodate us. Would love to stay again. I love Duingt.

Summary: Lovely stay, main road is quite busy so glad we weren't here in Summer. Property good location and lovely to swim off pontoon. Listing said about a boat but there wasn't one. Overall great break away and would recommend

Summary: This apartment is ideally situated for water sports. It was clean and well furnished and equipped with everything necessary to make our stay very comfortable. The second bedroom is quite small but perfectly suitable for children or teenagers.

Summary: We would like to thank the owner for a wonderfull stay at his appartement last week, we had everything we needed and were very charmed of his place and especially the view of the lake every morning. We enjoyed the Annecy lake area in all of its colours and beauty. The price /quality was perfect and everything was available, even a cheese fondue set, which was usefull for the well known cheese fundues in that area.

Summary: The apartment is well located and access to the lake is fantastic! On arrival in Annecy we were in touch with the property manager who met us near the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The neighbours were all really friendly and made us feel welcome as we got to know them by the lake. The most impressive thing about the apartment is the access to the lake, just a walk across the grass and you can dip your toes in the water. Compared to other apartments and places to stay in and around Annecy, this apartment offers fantastic value for money and is a real gem, we will certainly be back next year.

Summary: The owner was very pleasant , very helpful telling us about places to visit etc The apartment was comfortable with a sunny balcony, security entry system and private parking . And of course you are a stones throw from the beautiful lake So peaceful . Read in the morning at the lake,then tithe bakery for fresh croissants and coffee, back to lake for a swim etc .. Would I stay here again ? Of course I would !!! 😄
