Summary: The flat is compact and minimalistic but more than what we needed to enjoy our stay in Netanya. However, the view is over the top! I am not sure there is a better view on the entire Israeli coast line. The one downside to the unit is the renovation construction. If you judged this opportunity by the entrance you might not stay and it would be a pity because you really would be missing out on a terrific experience. Try to use the backside lobby entry and walk the amazing seafront to the city square is my advice.

Summary: Philippe was very welcoming and attentive. The apartament itself is clean although in the small side. For 2, it’s fine. The main attraction is, of course, the spectacular sea view from the large terrasse . The building itself has seen much better days. I am told it is currently under renovation. I will go back.

The elevator to the beach is just a 2 minute walk away.Plenty places around for eating out.The large balcony is simply amazing.You can have breakfast lunch and dinner without getting tired of it.The flat is clean and the owner does its outmost to make the stay as enjoyable as possible."

Summary: "The surroundings is the best with the appartment - right in the city center and right on the beach. Big balcony which gives you an extra room in the appartment. Terrific view of the Mediterranean from the balcony! We had a really nice stay in Netanya and the location of the appartment was a big part of that. The sofabed is really hard but the bed in the bedroom was very nice. There were a few things missing in the appartment on arrival but the owner was immediately very very helpful to bring us these things. The building is a bit worn and needs a refreshment, but it´s still a nice place. There is a restaurant in the bottom floor which some nights play music late, but it´s ok. I really recommend both the appartment (especially because of the location) and the owner."
