Summary: We enjoyed staying at the property. GIGI was very helpful to provide information regarding local restaurants and although we didn’t speak each other’s language we were able to communicate through the translation on the VRBO app.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Gigi's beautiful apartment. The house is very clean and the view is great. Gigi is a very generous and pleasant host. We regret that we cannot speak italian to get into a better conversation with him. We will come back again!!

Summary: Great location and good contact with owner.. Kitchen living area light and airy with views of sea and great sunsets. Kitchen well equipped for self catering . Well appointed bathrooms, both with showers and bidet. Good air conditioning throughout and the Nespresso machine was a big hit! Lovely terrace with stunning views. Would highly recommend this property for easy access to many beautiful beaches.

Summary: We spent 13 nights at Gigi's house and we've had such a great time ! The house is simple, with enough space for 7 people, and from the window you have a wonderful view towards the Ocean (i think is Porto Pollo Beach). The location is perfekt to explore the beaches all around at Santa Teresa di Gallura, Porto Cervo and La Madalenna Island. Gigi was very kind to us and was always available to help and give Information. Sardegna is beautiful !! I sure recommend it !

Summary: It was such a great time we have spent at Gigis house. He is just a super friendly and great host, always there when you need him. We definitely would recommend his house, the view was just amazing. you just need a car or a vespa and you will get straight to the most beautiful beaches! Gigi, ancora GRAZIE per tutto. Ci vediamo presto! Muchos saludos de los bimbos anche per Ciccio e Carotino:)

Summary: Lovely place, descriiption is too modest. It has been described accurately in offer, service is well above average Property is immaculetely maintained and clean, all is new and nicely designed Service supplied by owner was well above expectations. Mr. Spada is an incredibly pleasant and helpful person, always available for guests, source of all important informations of where to eat or shop or explore. Highest quality host one can imagine. The barbecue dinner he organized the day before our departure was superb event, unforgetable! I would certain.y recommend the house and the owner to friends and family and grade it to a highest level. All restaurants we visited where out of town, wonderfull places. Beaches and islands of Magdalena Archipelago are fabulous place to visit, a pristine nature , rare jewel of sea beauty. We plan to go to the same place this year, cant wait to get there.
