LAST MINUTE AUGUST. House with garden and large veranda, in a quiet and verdant residence on a hill 200 meters above sea level. Characteristic furniture, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. Ample internal and external space characterized by a garden and a large veranda with a table for 6-8 people and a fully equipped external masonry kitchen. Additional rear terrace for storage use. Interior environment consisting of living area with sofa bed, dining table, 48 inch TV and small kitchen, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The furnishings include the use of natural colors and materials for the realization of finishes, lighting, etc. The large outdoor veranda equipped with a hammock and deck chairs and surrounded by white curtains allows you to spend moments of true relaxation savoring the sounds offered by nature. Access to the beaches is possible thanks to a shuttle service and in the residence there is a large swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field and spa. Wonderful and multiple equipped or more pristine beaches nearby, such as the famous beach of Porto Pollo, known to Windsurf and Kitesurf enthusiasts. 1.5 km boats for the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago. Ideal area for bicycle, hiking, horse, fishing and golf enthusiasts. For families, an ideal place for recreation, there is an entertainment service in the adjacent building that will delight children even on the beach. Also in the nearby Palau shops of all kinds, a nice playground and the typical Sardinian market. Summary: I felt very comfortable, especially the quiet bedroom I personally liked very much. In the surrounding Appartent, I have met only friendly Italians. Chiara was always available and I could raise all my concerns. The beach is about 11 kilometers away. I had a car so it was not a problem. The small quiet village is exactly as I imagine it. I will come here again!

Summary: We had a great time in this appartment with our family (2 adults, Kids 15 and 17). Fotos fit perfectly to reality, we loved the outdoor kitchen very much and we found everything we needed. Village of San Pasquale is nicely located in the mountains (quiet) but you can get very quickly to a lot of nice beaches and small towns (Palau, Santa Teresa). Both accommodation and region is highly recommendable to spend relaxing but also active holidays (Surf, Kite etc.). Thanks as well to Chiara and Marco for the nice welcome and all the information provided to make our stay a really perfect one. Grazie!!

Summary: We had a great time in the appartment! The appartment is stylishly decorated and has a nice little garden. Our 2 kids loved playing in it. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen and BBQ to enjoy every meal outside. The amenities in the apartment matched the description on the website. The airconditioning is good and silent. From the small town where the appt is located, it is very easy to reach a number of great beaches nearby. There are some good restaurants nearby and within walking disctance there is a small shop to get fresh bread and basic groceries. In conclusion I can definitely recommend it. We hope to be back!

Summary: Absolutely delicious! the house is fully furnished , complete with all necessities , clean rooms , a beautiful outdoor veranda , a landscaped garden , comfortable and equipped with every necessity for children , the beach accessible by car perfect for sports and families . House in near by car to wonderful places, islands, ports, little restaurants on the beach, villages and beaches to visit. . Quiet house, good welcome, kindness , taste and facilities ! Bravi !
