We like to rent our apartment to nice guests who want to experience the city of Vienna or maybe work here at short time. Also for congress participants in the VIC - Vienna International Center the apartment is very easy to reach.
PARKING WITHOUT PARKING FEE IS POSSIBLE IN THIS DISTRICT IN ALL STREETS AROUND THE HOUSE !!!
Cozy, 75 m2 apartment, sunny and bright, in a very quiet, private residential building.
Ideal for 2 to 6 people. 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
The apartment is a nice 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms and a cozy living room.
One bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed,
second bedroom with 2 large single beds (also available)
and the living room with a single bed.
The apartment is located in a very quiet residential building. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom with bath / shower.
Bathroom and toilet are separated.
From the large bedroom you have a view into a totally quiet, green courtyard.
Internet access, wireless LAN, is available for free.
Of course there is a lift in the house.
Supermarket, bakery, restaurants or coffee houses can be found in the immediate vicinity.
SPECIAL PLUS: If you come to Vienna by car: In this district you can park your car in all streets around the house for free.
The connection to the city center and to all tourist attractions of the city is excellent.
A tram line 26 stop is right in front of the house,
The underground line U6 and U1 or the suburban train will take you directly to the city center.
A perfect recreational area is nearby.
My apartment is located in a nice district with many green areas, near the Danube and near the popular recreational and recreational area "Danube Island".
For a longer stay, we will grant you a low price.

Summary: The apartment is very well connected to public transport. It was clean, spacious, warm en well-equipped. We felt at home and would come back in this apartment. Very kind owner, communication was smooth.

Summary: Updated, well kept, 2 bedroom apartment with living room and eat-in kitchen on 4th floor of a 60's era apartment building with an elevator. Four blocks walk to closest food store. Three streetcar stops to the Floridsdorf train station where you can take a regular train, Schnellbahn, U-Bahn or Straßenbahn into downtown Vienna. The owner speaks English and is easy to work with. We stayed for a full month.

Summary: We had a great stay, the apartment was well equipped with furniture, the kitchen was functional, everything clean and working. The place was cozy and we felt fast at home. Different public transportation options right near the entrance, grocery stores were close as well. We would rent it again!

Summary: This is our go-to place to stay when visiting family around the corner. We've stayed here 3-4 times with various family members. Next to public transportation, 20-40 minutes on bus/train to Vienna depending on destination. Lots of room, bright natural light, small but workable kitchen. We highly recommend Josef's apartment.

Summary: Everything about this apartment was wonderful. We had a family reunion in Floridsdorf and although only two of us stayed in this apartment, it was regularly used as an evening gathering space for 6-9 people, plus a few small children. There was space and plenty of equipment to cook (we cooked for 9 people for one meal!), a living room to relax in, two bedrooms, of which we used only one, seating/table in the kitchen that was used for meal preparation, breakfast or as a desk. Although there is no dishwasher, the kitchen is compact and efficient so doing dishes wasn't an issue. Lots of hot water and towels. Quiet street and the main bedroom is in the back so what street noise might have been was not heard. There is an elevator, but is small. A baby stroller fits with the handle turned down. A double stroller (yes, we had twin babies visiting!) does not. Public tram transportation is a 1-minute walk away. Trains and UBahn a five minute ride on the tram. Grocery is a 5-10 minute walk. We look forward to visiting our daughter again and staying in Josef's apartment when we do so. Highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Summary: Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! The host was pleasant, timely and extremely helpful. The apartment was clean, roomy, bright and exactly as listed. We had easy access to nearby relatives, as well as to downtown Vienna and all local sights. We even did a side trip to Salzburg and this was easily accomplished. I do hope to come back here again, and relatives of mine have already booked the apartment for an upcoming trip!
