Summary: We stayed «Im stall» the last days of April. The apartment was exactly as the photoes shows; tasteful bathrooms, everything You nede in the kitchen, comfy beds and even a terrace. Arne and Samantha are the best hosts telling us about the sourrondings, what to see and we even got to take a look at the other apartment. We hope to come back to spend some more time in this «sound of music» area. We want to bring our friends to go bicycling. Anna

Summary: Samantha and Arne have done an amazing job of transforming their historic property into a modern space. Yet the historic is maintained with exposed parts of the old building. They are a very friendly couple and Heidi their dog is sweet too! In a group of farm houses and modern homes it combines Bavarian country with the conveniences of a larger town. We loved it!!!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated stable. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen well equipped. TV in every room was appreciated by those of us who didn't want to watch football (the European Championships were on). The patio has great views and was perfect for sitting out in the sun and we had two barbecues. The flat is within walking distance of the town (pubs, restaurants, excellent bakers, supermarket). There is lots to do in the town we went to the pool often (entrance free with tourist card) and some of us played disc Golf. This was an excellent base for our walking holiday with many walks available locally and only an hour's drive from Berchetsgarden, Konigsee and the Jenner. Samantha and Arne were friendly and helpful with excellent English.

Summary: Within walking distance of the lovely town of Ruhpolding. This property has been newly renovated and has been done with good taste and to a high standard. We had the downstairs apartment with a patio overlooking the hills, which was spotlessly clean. The only possible downside is the people from the upstairs apartment walk around the edge of the patio area - but this is very rare and gives you the chance to meet them! The owners are very friendly and helpful and give any advice you may need on the surrounding area. They also provided the local extra cards for us, which we were able to use for various attractions - we used it to get the cable car to the top of the mountain and then walked down, which took about 2 1/2 hours and we thoroughly enjoyed. It can also be used for train and bus travel. We loved Ruhpolding, but were also not far from Salzburg, which is also a lovely city. We like to think that we will be able to visit again as there is so much to do around the area.
