Positive: We loved this location near the water bus and the foot bridge over the river. The building is modern, clean, and safe. We also loved the scenic views and the balcony. There is both a washer and dryer in the bathroom, and the kitchen is well-equipped (despite having frustrating "modern" drawers that never seem to close properly).
Negative: You are required to pick up and drop off the keys at a small shop located a mile away from the property, this is extremely inconvenient if you do not have a car. As others have mentioned, the 3rd bed is a cheap air mattress (not a futon as described in the website) and the sofabed, while comfortable, is in a room with no blinds and so gets bright from 4am in the summer. There is only a curtain for the shower and no step around it, so the floor of the bathroom is always wet after using the shower (the bracket for the handheld shower is broken as others have noted). Given what we paid, we did not find this a great value.

Negative: Key was slightly bent, which made it difficult to put the key in and remove from the lock.
Summary: Lovely stay! Would recommend using the harbour bus which stops 2 minutes from the apartment.

Positive: Appartament is a real gem of Copenhagen. Very bright with spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Looks like in the pictures and even better. Great terrace. Very comfortable. Host is very responsive and kind. Excellent communication. Good location if you have conference or exhibition in Bella centre (bus stop near the house, 3 km by feet through the park). I would definatelly come back again!
