Positive: Great location for Isaberg. Rafael was very communicative. Check in was easy and efficient and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed.
Negative: Not much. One day a neighbour decided to have an argument, but that can't be helped.

Positive: We spent a fantastic week here. The apartment was really good: comfortable beds, big living room with a comfortable sofa and a huge tv-set, perfect for an evening with the family. The kitchen equipment were also really good (better than at home :) ), and the best thing is the super-duper coffee machine, full with fresh coffee beans when we arrived! And Rafael left us also a little surprise in the fridge (thanks a lot!). The parking in front of the house is easy and safe. The check in and out is absolutely easy: a keybox in front of the main door of the building. Rafael is available by phone or message every time if you have a question. The surrounding: Nissafors is a tiny village, extremely quiet (it was also on New Year's Eve). The Isaberg ski resort is only 6 minutes by car, and there is a beautiful lake with "floating sauna" on it. The best thing! "Swimming" in the 2-3 celsius degrees lake between two sauna rounds, while snowing and the quiet and true nature around you... Lovely! Try it! It was the best choice for a fantastic week plus a cozy, really "hyggelit" New Year's Eve with the family.

Positive: The apartment was really in the middle of nature, in a small village. You could reach the lake by foot within 20-30 minutes. The apartment had everything you needed.
Negative: Unfortunately, one of the neighbors likes to listen to their music very loudly, which disturbs the silence. I could not find out who it was. Showering in the bathtub is interesting without a shower curtain. It is not comfortable to sit in the bathtub, to avoid setting the whole bathroom under water. The bathroom sink is unusually small, which makes washing the face uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable and caused back pain.

Positive: Nice apartment in peaceful village close to Isaberg Mountain Resort. Huge TV and good wifi. Small but cosy balcony. Comfortable beds.
Negative: Neighbour played loud death metal music now and then (only in daytime) Kitchen needed a couple of things. But host Rafal fixed it.
Summary: Nice, affordable place for a family with 2 kids. Easy correspondence with Rafal.

Positive: Clean and cozy apartment, fully equipped, comfortable beds, good video/audio equipment. Apartment is located 5 minutes from Isaberg Mountaint Resort. Parking on the road, you can see your car from the windows. First floor, very convenient with the kids.
Negative: Bathtub is nice but not practical with a big family. Maybe consider to put a shower cabin instead. 4K works so so on the TV, better to connect it with the wired cable not WiFi IMO.
Summary: Great stay for a family if you are going to High chaparral or Isaberg Resort
