Positive: I would like to thank Martine and Noel for our beautiful time in Nice, we couldn't have hoped for a better accommodation. The apartment is perfect, clean, well equipped, you can find there everything you need. The owners are very nice and the communication with them was straightforward and easy. The view is beautiful too, you can enjoy the view of the sea or you can watch the planes taking off the airport all day. We arrived by car, so we appreciated the private parking place under the residence. We stayed there for the Monaco GP and we travelled to Monaco by train almost every day. The bus stop is located about 350m from the residence and going around by public transport was quite easy. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool, but it was available for us and I am sure we'll definitely try it during our next visit!
Negative: Be prepared for quite a lot of walking up the hill, if you won't travel everywhere only by car. It wasn't a problem for us, however the residence is located on the hill and you'll definitely stay fit thanks to walking up from the beach/bus stop :)

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, set in a peaceful location with stunning sea views. Mornings on the terrace with a cup of coffee, overlooking the water, were truly a highlight. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated - everything we needed was there. Our hosts, Martine and Noรซl were fantastic: incredibly welcoming, responsive and thoughtful. They greeted us with lovely gifts for everyone, including a delicious bottle of rosรฉ, and took the time to explain all the best places to visit along the coast and how to get there. It was such a special experience, and weโ€™re already looking forward to coming back!

Positive: We had an amazing stay at these apartments! They were spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with thoughtful details like elegant vases, artwork, and quality dishes and glassware that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had a large fridge, and everything was well-stocked for a comfortable stay. The location is fantasticโ€”just a 5-minute walk to a supermarket and a bakery where we picked up fresh croissants daily. The view from the window over the azure sea was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved relaxing on the balcony with a table perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Although close to the promenade, the apartment is perched on a hill, giving it a peaceful vibe with no city noise. The owners of the place are very friendly and helpful people ! We felt at home to be honest . Highly recommend it!

Positive: It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment which was immaculately clean, spacious for two people, very well equipped for a stay of a few days and in a good quiet residential location not far from the sea, the public bus and tram system. The pool was a very welcome added bonus as were the views from the balconies. We didnโ€™t use the parking space but if we return and hire a car for our next visit it would be a very positive facility. The accommodation added to the enjoyment of our whole trip.
Negative: Nothing to not like about the property.

Positive: Martine and Noel are so friendly and kind. The apartment is very comfort and quiet because it is in a private area. The space of the apartment is quite large and you can see the airplane departures, also the Nice sea at the balcony. Itโ€™s a good place to having a breakfast there. Thereโ€™s a parking lot for guests, so it will be very convenient if you have a rental car during the trip. Supermarket is only within 10 minutes on foot. And also a gas station nearby. It will be a good choice if you need to return your rental car before heading to the airport.
Negative: Overall is perfect. Thereโ€™s no air conditioner but itโ€™s not hot at night ๏ผˆin June).
Summary: Thanks for Martine and Noel having us as guests. We did enjoy the time in Nice and stay in the apartment.
