Family run spacious apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac. One of 17 privately owned apartments in a Spanish-style development with a swimming pool. Stunning views of the sea, mountains and marinas. Two private sun terraces with canopy, loungers, table and 4 chairs. Sandy beach, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Ideal location to explore the attractive valley of Puerto Rico, with its fantastic sunshine record. Pretty marinas offer excellent water sport facilities, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and trips round the island. There are 7 golf courses, the nearest to the apartment is Anfi, 18-hole championship course plus 9-hole course, 5 minutes drive. Two other courses within 20 minutes drive. Flood-lit tennis courts and bowling alley are all within a 10 minute walk. Two gyms and medical centre in Puerto Rico. WIFI available at the apartment.

Summary: We had a great 9 night stay in this apartment. Very well equipped, spacious and suited our family of 5 perfectly. Views from the balcony are lovely overlooking Puerto Rico beach and harbour - gets the sun from early morning to afternoon. Pool was nice to have also. Easy access to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and would love to return in the future.

Summary: Great sized apartment with a lovely terrace with a view of the bay below. Lovely big fluffy towels, nice quality bedding and plenty of hot water. The pool is small but was perfect for us to spend a couple of hours in the afternoons. My 4 year old grandson finally ditched his swimming aids after his daily swims. Communication with the apartment owner was so easy and a slight problem we had was quickly rectified, thank you John. If we were to return to Puerto Rico, we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great location in Puerto Rico. Great view, close to amenities and to the beach. We were 6 adults (incl. 2 18 year olds) but this appartmennt is probably better suited for 4 adults and two kids., as one bedroom connects through another.
