Summary: The best part of this apartment is the balcony and the views. That said the steps and walkway to the Puerto Calero trail, get very busy and the balcony is very overlooked. The position of the apartment is also excellent. The old town is very hilly and full of steps, however, as the apartment entrance is on the main Street it is a flat walk right into the old town. The apartment itself is bijou but well equipped and thought out to make the best of the available space. The bedroom surprisingly fits a king size bed which was extremely comfortable and had the cleanest mattress, pillows and protectors I have ever had on holiday. However, there isn’t much floor space. Initially I also thought there would not be enough wardrobe storage as we stayed for four weeks, but it was more than adequate. We didn’t need the air conditioning but I would imagine it would be needed in high season. Vincent the host was excellent in communicating and very responsive, he also arranged a taxi for our return to the airport, and water, milk, and alcoholic refreshments were provided on our arrival. Top man. Overall we had an excellent break from the English winter and would recommend Vince’s apartment without hesitation.

Summary: Small apartment but nicely done and a great position with view over the sea and harbour, Vince is an excellent host and very responsive, did struggle a bit with the kitchen space or lack of counter top space, no pan lids, just minor things but if you want to cook anything it’s difficult, otherwise everything is spot on and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying in this apartment. Will return.

Summary: Communication with Vince was really good and the apartment though small has been well thought out. We met the nice Lady that looks after the apartment and she showed us how to work the tv, so thank you for that. Would definitely recommend this apartment and we will return.
