THE FLAT BAY is a beautiful newly renovated apartment, located in the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (a popular tourist town on the Sorrento Peninsula) and enjoys a wonderful view over the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an elegant building, in a quiet park, enclosed and safe, about 50m from the center of Sant'Agata. It has free parking for one car inside the property. At about 20m away there is also a convenient municipal parking.
FLAT BAY has the inner surface of 105 m2 and can accommodate up to 7 persons. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms Double double, 1 single bedroom, large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with sea view and garden furniture, and other balconies.
The apartment was renovated in 2017, tastefully decorated and finished with fine materials and objects. Very welcoming and equipped with every kind of comfort (plasma TV, Wi-Fi internet, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen). Every room in the house has a balcony, terrace or window, this allows to keep the house always fresh, breezy and full of light.
The house is located at the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, banks, bus stop for buses to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi.
Staying in this friendly, relaxing home, you will be in a strategic position for excursions to nearby Sorrento (6 km - about 10 minutes by car), Capri (boarding 6 km), Pompei (30 km), Positano (12 km), Amalfi (27 km), Naples (58 km), and the villages of Massa Lubrense (6 km).
Massa Lubrense is a natural oasis with a dense network of paths that allows lovers of trekking to reach among ancient farmhouses, archaeological sites, towers, Mediterranean and breathtaking views the far corners of the land.
For lovers of relaxation the nearest beach in the sun, easily accessible by car or public transport, is to Marina del Cantone at about 7 Km.

Summary: What a wonderful stay. Flora and Guiseppe were in constant communication and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Wonderful hosts! The apartment is spacious and lovely with outstanding views. Plenty of room for our party of four. Close to town and shops. We would love to return. I would highly recommend Flora’s home to anyone traveling to the Amalfi Coast.

Summary: Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean and the mountains including Mount Vesuvius. The place was clean and well equipped. The bed in the primary was a little to hard for my liking but that's a personal opinion. Giuseppe (owners brother) who was our contact while there was fantastic! He made the whole process so easy and he went above and beyond! He gave us suggestions, made reservations for us and was just so helpful and kind. Sant'Agata is a beautiful and quaint little town and everything is within walking distance and the restaurants were very good. Also had the best Ricotta and Pear ice cream in the area. Would definitely return to stay there again.

Summary: Lovely apartment with a great view over the bay from the balcony. We were unsure about staying out of Sorrento but there are plenty of buses in different directions and it's a pleasant walk into Sorrento (downhill!) on a nice day. Sant'Agata is an interesting little town with plenty of little shops. Guiseppe was very welcoming and came to meet us when we were unsure of where we were on arrival. Highly recommended and probably even better to stay in the warmer weather.

Summary: The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything we needed for entertaining our friends and family and the size was perfect. The view from the apartment was so beautiful. The location was perfect- very close to the bus stop which took us into Sorrennto where we could meet up with tours as well as just enjoying the town. San't Agata is a charming town itself with shops, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Last but certainly not least was our property manager Giuseppe who couldn't have been more helpful. He was our driver for all the trips back and forth to the Naples train station or airport and cheaper than the hired drivers. He was full of information upon our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: Great location and view. Hosts had wonderful recommendations for boat tour to Capri and super at arranging a driver for a tour of the Amalfi coast. Very responsive to all inquiries. Only downside was the tricky lock on the building door.

Summary: The balcony on one side of the 2nd floor apartment overlooks Mt Vesuvius in the distance with mountain (Montechiaro) and sea(Vico Equense) in the foreground. A second balcony faces Sant Agata town but is a reasonable distance away. A great place to stay especially if you are travelling by car (1 secure parking space with the booking). The booking is hosted by the Manna family who are all super hosts. Sant Agata is a thriving but small town, with all facilities, ideal for journeys to Sorrento, andAmalfi Coast /Capri

Summary: From my first contact months in advance to check-out, the hosts were amazing! All questions answered timely and in detail, including assistance with dinners and tours and transfers. The apartment is magnificent with beautiful views of Mt Vesuvius, Napoli, and the water. Everything was in working order and very comfortable. We’ll be back.
