Summary: The host was very welcoming accommodating an early check-in. The place was perfectly situated for the purpose of the visit. It was clean and just as I expected it. However, there was an issue with the heating system I am sure it can be solved.

Summary: Apartment is fine except we were only allowed to use one bedroom for three of us where it was advertised specifically a two bedroom apartment. Would be nice if owner can leave more information for guests about places to visit and restaurants to go to. Bus stop to city center is close by.

Summary: We stayed for two weeks. A charming appartment, clean and tidy. Antonello and his wife were nice and helpful. The only things we missed according to the information given us before the stay, were dishwasher, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. There`s one bathroom, with shower, tub and toilet (not separate toilet). There is one bedroom, and a single bed sofa in the dining room. The upper bunk bed made a creak sound whenever the person sleeping there moved. The environment was also a bit noisy, with an emergency hospital closeby, so there were ambulances passing by 24/7. Nevertheless, with earplugs we managed to sleep well at nights. Speaking of environment: San Martino is a living and charming part of Genova, a bit outside typical tourist spots. It may look like they are having trouble with trash handling, with quite a lot of garbage floating around in the streets. Despite these notes, we recommend a stay at Antonello`s. We also recommend the beach Boccadasse, a charming spot strait south from San Martino, at least if you are looking for free swimming in a quiet environment, and if you can withstand the pebble beach instead of sand. Walk down the narrow and quiet street Via Puggia, and you`ll be there in 30 min. Oh, and one last thing: Be prepared to pay a tourist tax by arrival, approximately 50 euro for four persons.

Summary: I stayed for a month and felt very at home. Antonello and his wife were extremely hospitable and communicative. There was plenty of space, the AC worked well when needed, and I could quickly and easily go wherever I needed around Genoa and Liguria. Thank you!!

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in Genoa. Thanks for Antonello and his wife rented their place for our trip. Our family has the mots confort in your place. We felt like home and had all the necessary things needed during our stay. Antonello even helped us after we left to find back things which we forgot. Thanks again. The place was such convenient. but to the center were just 2 minutes away and another 10 minutes to the center of Genoa. This city is so big and many historic places to discover. Our two young kids liked it too as they found playgrounds everywhere even in the center. The coast Nevil was just 20 minutes ride and very pretty place to go. We would definately plan to come back again. Thanks again Antonello.
