Summary: Maria’s apartment is exactly as listed. It was perfect for our longer stay, especially the kitchen. Location is ideal - close to the beach, long promenade, excellent transit connections into the old city and other attractions. Maria is an excellent and very responsive host.

Summary: We spent two weeks working remotely from Valencia, having our kids with us - the apartment was as described, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, open kitchen with living room, all in a very good condition. The balcony offered a place to work, too :) And a garage space was just the perfect bonus. In the area, big fitness club with padel tennis and swimming pool right next to the house, a tennis club 10-minute walk (our child did camps there) and the 2-minute walk to the beach is a dream. Public transport (various buses) few minutes walk away and going directly to the center. The owner very communicative and precise in giving information, everything went very smoothly. We can absolutely recommend.

Summary: The location of the property is ideal to enjoy the beach and all the activities that happens there. The property is large, clean, plenty of sunlight and well decorated, and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The property owner Maria and her cousin Mamen ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Everything worked perfectly and hence we did not experience any hiccups. We loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: Everything about the holiday went very well. Maria was very helpful during the booking process and afterwards helping us with a few questions. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was perfect close to the beach and nearby supermarket. Overall a great stay in Valencia.

Summary: Our stay in Maria's Valencia apartment was delightful! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment contained every amenity we needed. Memen, Maria's property helper, was very friendly and available for any questions through text. We cooked in several nights. The kitchen had all items necessary to cook. As a bonus, the apartment is located just a few blocks from a large grocery store. There are also several restaurants nearby. The beach is less than 100 yards away. I would highly recommend Maria's apartment and would stay there again if we ever have the chance.

Summary: We were very impressed with the place. Memen met us at the flat and showed us how everything worked and could not do enough for us. She even went as far as what’s apping a bus route for us to take to collect our friends from the train station in town. The place was immaculate and everything worked well. Basic furniture but was more than adequate. Supermarket and restaurants close by and commuter bikes easy to use and lovely to ride into town with. I would highly recommend staying there.
