Positive: Had the facilities I needed and was clean

Negative: Difficult check in procedures. Not only do you need the code but also the correct time delays and sometimes the locks catch. I was fortunate in that a kind English speaking German lady was also checking into another apartment and she had problems so had to phone the host and then she showed me. It would be good to have instructions in both German and English if possible
