Summary: Spacious condo with private parking on the beach. Well appointed kitchen and nice balcony overlooking the sea. Convenient to Barcelona. Highly recommend.

Summary: The apartment was clean and had all the necessary items. It is a 5 minute walk to both the train station and to a small market. The beach in front is amazing and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking it. The beds were very firm with 2 of us happy about that and 2 of us sore each morning. It was a 40 minute train ride to Barcelona but being at the beautiful beach each morning and evening was worth it! Would stay here again!!

Summary: Very nice apartment, with excellent terrace. We had a great stay playing golf. Best course near is Llaveneres. I can strongly recommend the apartment.

Summary: Rosa and her husband were very responsive to our needs. The check in process was easy and the apartment was great. We also loved the security of the building.

Summary: The location is excellent - not far from Barcelona, on a quiet stretch of beach. Caldes d'Estrac is a nice little town with several good restaurants and an interesting museum with works by Picasso, Miró and other avant-garde artists (the Fundació Palau). The closest restaurant, the Voramar, is almost next door. You can easily walk into the centre or to the railway station from the apartment. The back of the apartment block is close to the road and railway line, which means a bit of noise for the two small bedrooms, but in the double bedroom at the front all you hear is the waves breaking on the beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (don't worry, there's a lift). It has a lovely big terrace overlooking the garden at the front of the block and the beach. There's a road in between, Passeig de la Musclera, but it doesn't go anywhere so there's very little traffic on it. There are two large trees out the front too, which add character to the view and provide some useful shade for the terrace. The double bedroom is a good size, with French windows onto the terrace and its own bathroom. The other bedrooms are smaller, sharing a bathroom - we had two kids in one and one adult in the other. The living/dining space is fairly big, with French windows opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is neat and well equipped (but no dishwasher). Everything was clean and well maintained, and the decor is quite stylish, with nice nautically-themed artefacts. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice touch.
