Positive: Location, calmness, joining pool, beach and property in short distance
Negative: Not easy to discover the heating system and how to turn it on.. no control on the EC .. so the apartment is quite cold 22 degrees all the time with a closed box .. so you cant control.. Swimming pool is dirty. Sea has blue jelly fish, no sea guard, no shower on the beach "it's private beach". The main issue with this property is that you will get surprised one and a half day of check out that you have to clean the apartment after you.. and dispose the trash outside the building.. Very inconvenient .. especially no where it's mentioned earlier.. then when you tell this to the owner .. you will see an arguing person.. keep responding rudely as this is a main rule the you should know and do .. while tbh I never met such requirement or behaviour on booking.. but this behaviour is common on airbnb "that's why I hate it." .. which leave you in a mixed sentiment at the end of your holdiday.. Then the owner argues that's given is the price is low.. while on a lower price I could get a double bedroom suite in Mercure barsha heights in Dubai .. not in a rural area like this one.. when you are almost in no-where.. so you have couple reasturants.. but all aren't in a walking distance.. That's my experience at the end.

Positive: Property wise, is was clean and good to be fair, However there is only 2 bed, so what is written as 4 bed units, 2 of them is actuallu a couch which is not comfortable for a family.
Negative: That it is written that it would fit 4 people! While a max of 3 can be their, and Here I am talking about sleeping scenario.

Positive: The place was clean, and came with clean towels and sheets. The pool was great along with the beach and tbe bbq. They also had a 24/7 supermarket.
Negative: It was written in the description that this place was pet friendly, and yet the owner called me in a raised tone and questioned to why I brought my pet and was asking me to pay extra as we "didnt get her approval". plus the toilet door knob was loose, and the airconditioning was centralized but it was in a locked box so you wouldnt be able to control the temperature, and when it was morning it automatically dropped the temperature making the room less cooler which was unpleasant especially in the middle of a blazing summer. Hope they remove the tagline that its "pet friendly" to lessen miscommunication.
