Summary: Just ideal for our needs.! Great location, very clean, well-appointed apartment. Just as advertised. Would highly recommend for any healthy adult (there are 5 flights of stairs to access the apt., -- well worth it!!

Summary: The owners of this property are great people. I got the chance to talk with them for awhile and the owners dad is very interesting person. If you get the chance, spend a little time talking with him.The apartment was very nice and clean. The location has a great view. However you will get some exercise, it is on the 5th floor without an elevator. And the building is also about 700 feet above the old town of Kotor. It is about a 1 1/2 half mile walk to the town, and there is none or very few sidewalks in most of the town. You will walk in the street it will feel very unsafe, given how people drive in the area. Now the only issue I had with location is the neighborhood. It is a lived in location and had a lot of run down apartment buildings. You will see some public drunkenness and some colorful people in the neighborhood. Nothing felt unsafe, but can see some folks feeling uncomfortable. I would book this place again. The best advice I have is use your rental car as an elevator, don't try to park close to the old town, just park the car at the bottom of the hill, there is plenty of street parking at the bottom of the hill. And walk to old town. Then walk back and drive the car up the monster hill. We didn't figure this out until the second day. There is a garage to park your car so you don't have to fight for parking in local neighborhood.
