Positive: The location is convenient for commuting to Hinterstoder ski resort. Also the dishes and kitchenware is exactly what a 4 person family needs.

Negative: Too many "half" solutions in the appartment. Mismatch between the height of the bar table and the chairs, one bed really soft and the other really hard, no clothes airer, the noisy ventilators in bath and toilet starting automatically with light switch. All these small things make the stay less comfortable than it could be, if it was designed properly.

Positive: The apartment has a very pleasant design, it is clean and comfortable. It is nicely located, with parking place nearby, calm neighbourhood.

Negative: A couple of little details can be improved like a toilet seat and a bit noisy bathroom fan, bit it does not impact the whole experience.

Positive: The kitchen is good and the apartment was clean. Free parking in front of the building

Negative: The fact that the bathroom is in the second bedroom is absurd, those who sleep in the first bedroom have to enter the second, waking up those who are sleeping, really uncomfortable and inconvenient. Arriving tired in the evening and not finding soap in the bathroom or in the shower or to wash your hands is not pleasant. Doing a "treasure hunt" we then found some soap, but the whole thing was not relaxing. Some windows have mosquito nets, others don't, when we arrived we found the ones without mosquito nets open, resulting in a night full of mosquitoes buzzing around us.

Positive: Nicely renovated appartment in somewhat old building. Easy check in. Comfortable and fair for the price. Not far from good skiing at hinterstoder/wurzeralm. Master bed comfortable, the sofa bed quite hard, but good enough for a child.

Negative: We were missing the dishwasher and the boiling kettle. The table in the kitchen and chairs were "bar style" = high and narrow, not comfortable for eating together. The ventilation at the bathroom was quite noisy, disturbing the silence at night.
