Summary: Montelparo looks like a place from an Italian movie so beautifull. The view is so nice and everything so quite. Tasty cappuccino and awsome pie just around the corner. The house is well equipped to cook by yourself or you can enjoy pizza or join a fancy restaurant with very good food. There is no airco available so can be really hot but there are 2 vans. The pool is huge (10 meter) and superclean. Try it yourself and you know it’s all true :-)

Summary: The flat is located in an extremely nice village with breathtaking view. The apartment is completely equipped with nice furniture and super clean. The pool is perfect to relax, swim and the area around invites for sunbathing and more. We have been there the second time and we were very happy again. The hosts are very kind and helpful in case of any question regarding restaurants, tours, hiking hints etc.

Summary: The apartment is amazing. The views of the hills and mountains are stunning. The host (Bernd) is a lovely man - attentive, but unobtrusive. We would thoroughly recommend Bernd’s place to stay and Montelparo as location. Some details: 1. The location: Montelparo is a beautiful little old village. There’s not much there. A supermarket (that sold everything you need), a great pizza takeaway place, a bar, a small hotel / restaurant. But it’s a great location if you like peace and quiet and breathtaking mountain views. Honestly I’ve never seen a view like it. I could have spent all day looking out at them. 2. The apartment: - Tasteful, modern decor and modern appliances, new-looking bathroom, comfortable beds. - Kitchen well equipped - a fridge and a freezer, a gas hob, coffee machine, and all the utensils etc you need. - It all felt very clean and fresh. - Did I mention the views? I could look at them all day! - The shared facilities. As well as our own dining table (inside) the apartment comes with a balcony area that was big enough to fit a table for four and a parasol. That was nice. There is also a shared ‘common room’ and a bigger outside covered seating area / patio down stairs from your own balcony (like the pool you share all this with one other 2 bed apartment). Bernd also has plans for a bbq area which will be the icing on the cake! - The pool is great. Very clean and well maintained. My kids loved it and were in there all there time. There is a really good outdoor shower, sun loungers and Bernd provides some pool inflatables. 3. The host. We couldn’t have had a better host. Bernd stays in the apartment above yours. He’s there but he’s also not. You’d see him if you were up early sweeping, checking the pool was clean, emptying the recycling etc. He was available for tips and questions if you needed them, but you didn’t really see him otherwise. - There were also lots of nice touches like the bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival, things like salt and pepper, cling films, bin bags and so on left in the apartment, a clothes dryer (and pegs if you needed them), pool towels as well as towels for the apartment. It felt like Bernd had thought of everything and was really looking out for you. He was at constant pains to ask when he saw us if everything was alright and if there was anything more he could do. He couldn’t really! This was genuinely one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We will be back!

Summary: We had a really great time with our family ( 2 adults and 3 kids) in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is in real more beautiful than on the pictures. Very clean, cosy and a really great view from the balcony and the swimming pool. You have to share the pool with 2 other apartments but mostly of the time you have the pool for your own. You have the feeling that you live in your own palace with pool and all luxury. This was really the most fantastic apartment where we've ever been. In the village you have everything you need like a supermarket, a pizzeria (really nice pizza's) and a hotel. You have to try the antipasti in hotel Leone. This was really great. Bernd is a very kind and good host. He will help you whenever he can. If you have a question, he will let you know soon the anwer. Thanks for your hospitality Bernd! We had an amazing stay in your apartment in Montelparo. We already miss this place.

Summary: We loved our stay at Montelparo- It is even better than on the pictures. The apartment is very well equipped , comfortable, clean and really nicely done. We very much enjoyed it. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool which is just down a few steps from the apartment . The pool and area is really clean and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Our 2 children aged 13 and 18 loved it too. The area is stunning - We had a perfect holiday ! Thank you so much :)

Summary: Excellent stay in the wonderful apartment of outstanding quality, amazing swimming pool with good sunbeds and umbrellas and views to die for. Well equipped kitchen, good beds and a excellent bathroom. It is a 35 minutes drive to the coast, we liked the small town of Pedaso to stay a day at the beach. The small town of Montelparo is very cozy with a small grocery (good stock), butcher, two bars a bank, farmacie and a hairdresser a restaurant and a great Pizzaria. Nice surroundings where you can hike or just drink a wonderful expresso. We enjoyed are stay very much and strongly recommend a stay in this amazing apartment.

Summary: The pictures dont lie. But it is even more beautiful in reality! In the old, romantic and picturesqe village there is a small shop that sells everyday stuff from bread to sunlotion. Theres a small bar, a nice restaurant and a local pizzaria. Everything you need for your holiday. We went to Ascoli and had a day at the beach, but what both the kids and we liked the most was hanging out by the pool enjoying the outstanding view over the fields and the mountains! The drive up to Montelparo was fantastic in it self. We didnt now Montelparo or the region of Marche, but we will never forget it now. What a gem!! We recomment 2 weeks at least. We unfortunately had only booked 1, but we will be happy to return again.

Summary: We have spent a wonderful holiday week in the apartment of Mr. Baader. The apartment was just renovated and everything was still brand new. The views from the different terraces were breathtaking, we have spent many hours on the terraces a.o. to enjoy the views. The nice pool -with separate shower (warm/cold water)- with sunbeds and umbrella's, was also situated on one of the terraces. Different restaurants are in the neighbourhood and also in Montelparo itself one can find a pizzera and a good restaurant at Boutique hotel Leone. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. We really recommend this apartment to everyone.

Summary: Do you want a seamless, relaxing vacation in a great and newly refurbished apartment with breathtaking wievs ? - Then you have found it ! The House itself is completely renovated with huge respect for the surroundings. The Apartment, the common areas including the pool area are all completely new and up to date. For a holiday apartment the kitchen and bathrooms are well and modern equipped and the whole house and common areas are very clean. And what a great view from the balcony ! Really breathtaking - we spent hours out there just relaxing and enjoying the sights - it is very hard to describe in words but have a look at the pictures in the add - they certainly do not lie ! The Apartment is really created for easy and slow living - you can buy the most basic groceries and local products in the shops in Montelparo just a very short walk from the Apartment. If you do not want to cook yourself there is a small pizzaria very close to the Apartment (pizzas are very good and crispy) and there are plenty of very good resturants in the neighbouring villages - several cooks are mentioned in the Michelin Guide ! Even though the theme is "away from it all" the Apartment in Montelparo is situated right between the Adriatic and the Mountains - so if you want to see the area the Apartment is not very far away from either beaches or mountains. We made several short trips both to enjoy the Marche heritage of cultural treasures, visited famous sites like Loreto, Macerata with its University and the famous Opera stage, the Meletti Cafe in Ascoli (where we enjoyed a late afternoon Anisette and one of their famous coffees), bought local wine and other locally produced products. If you are interested in shopping high-end clothing, shoes and accessories there is plenty of factory outlets in a short driving distance. The Owner, Mr Baader, has made sure that there is plenty of information and suggestions for trips both in close vicinity of the Apartment but also in the whole region. If it is necessary for you to be online the Apartment is equipped with high speed wifi internet access - which our kids enjoyed very much when they were not in the pool area. Mr Baader is very serviceminded indeed and as soon as we booked he started feeding us with information which gave us an outstanding introduction to both the Apartment itself, the general area and Mr Baader's many local contacts. We had a great 14-day vacation and highly recommend the Apartment in Montelparo.
