It is well connected with bus lines to the center of Dubrovnik, the bus station and the ferry port, there are bus stops just 20 meters from the apartment. It's an apartment equipped with the most modern devices, cosmetic and hygiene products, to enable you to have a smooth stay in our apartment.
Comfortable and cozy apartment only 3.5 kilometers from the Old Town. Near the apartment is the ACI Marina Dubrovnik, various restaurants with a rich gastronomic offer of local dishes, coffee bars, grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops. For lovers of running and recreation, Rožat is an ideal area for activities, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, along the river, you can run, walk or rollerblade within a radius of 10 kilometers. Near the apartment is the source of the river Omble, where you can swim and take photos in this unique natural location. The oldest Marian shrine - the church of Our Lady - Matica from the 1st century - is located above the apartment, which you can reach by stairs located 10 meters from the apartment and from where you can enjoy a unique view of the Dubrovnik River and the entire bay of the Ombla River. On the river itself there is a monastery dating from the 14th century. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances for food preparation, a variety of coffee machines, a microwave oven, a hand mixer, a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a hood, a sink, a large selection of coffee and tea, spices and wine. The bathroom consists of a large bathtub with a shower, equipped with hygiene and cosmetic products (body lotion, hair shampoo, shower gel, soap, liquid soap, shower cap, pillows), a first aid kit and free towels. From the bedroom and the living room you can go out to the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the river, yachts and ships, and consists of a balcony set (table and two chairs).
