Summary: I am not surprised this lovely apartment had very high ratings, it’s truly a gem. Marion was extremely helpful and the most thoughtful host we have encountered in VRBO. We only stayed a few nights but when we return to Vienna this is the place we will stay.

Summary: Our host, Marion was superb in all respects, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, well furnished, and a two minute walk to the stop for the Number 2 tram, which feeds into the main lines and underground trains to every spot in the city. If I ever return to Vienna, I'll book here, again.

Summary: This very clean, quiet, fully-equipped, and comfortable, street level one-bedroom apartment is located away from the city center in a very nice, quiet, uncrowded section of Vienna. It was a two minute walk to the Tramline 2 stop, which takes you directly into Rathaus Platz, and Karls Platz U, where most of the connections you'll want for access to all of Vienna are found. Neighborhood markets and cafés are all within easy walking distance. Marion was a superb host and mentioned some places to eat and things to do in the area I would otherwise not known of. Choose this property for your visit to Vienna for a feel of how many residents of Vienna live in this amazing city. Thank you Marion! 😊

Summary: The owner was nice and very helpful. Gave us restaurant, sightseeing and shopping suggestions. We loved our stay and was a quiet neighborhood. Parking spot was a plus and we got around by walking, tram or subway to everything. Will highly suggest and will be back.

Summary: This was a wonderful little apartment in a really cool old building with stone floors (not in the apartment) and a little garden nook out back that was shady and just for us. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The owner and her son were super helpful and patient when we encountered annoying issues with our phone. They were both full of good humor and kindness. The owner is also full of great information about restaurants and places to swim. The location was so convenient, right near the rail car route, and there was a restaurant just around the corner, Pizzarea Alexandro, that had amazing salads and pizzas and the owner tended to us with affectionate care. Overall, we highly recommend, but don't book the apartment when we want it, because we'll definitely be back!

Summary: I just returned from an amazing week in Vienna. I reached out to Marion and scheduled for a 5 day stay and when my plans changed I wanted to extend it to 7 days. It was difficult for me to do that because of the nature of the VRBO system, but when I asked Marion if she could fix it up, she did! I was so happy. Marion is great and she even indulged me a bit in practicing the few phrases I know in German. My apartment was on the first floor and very convenient. I requested that I leave a bag at her place two days early because I was taking a quick trip outside of Vienna immediately upon my arrival and my stay didn't start until Sunday. She accommodated my bag and had it waiting for me in my apartment when I returned on Sunday night at midnight. That was so thoughtful. The apartment was exquisite. I was visiting my son who has a very tiny place in the neighborhood, and I had more space than he does, so we opted to eat in at my place. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for real cooking. The dining area easily accommodated 4 people. The pictures Marion has on her page hardly do it justice - it's just like the photos, but better! I enjoyed the little patio outside of the bedroom and nibbled on the berries that were ripening outside. It helped that the weather was PERFECT during my stay so that I could open the windows and inhale the chocolate aroma that permeates the area. I felt like I was dreaming...where did that delicious smell come from? Marion told me that we were right around the corner from a Manner factory (local producer of the famous waffle cookies and chocolates). Besides being adjacent to a chocolate factory, the location was amazing. It is less than a block from a tram that will carry you straight into the heart of Vienna and about a 10 minutes walk to a subway line. There is a large supermarket one block away. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe walking back to my place well after midnight on a couple of occasions. I will definitely come back if I have an opportunity to visit Vienna again. You really must visit to believe how perfect it is!
