Quiet apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house in a rural area near Playmobil FunPark and Nuremberg including a large garden.
This charming and spacious apartment with terrace is located in the quiet countryside near Nuremberg with a direct S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg. Guests are welcome to use free WiFi and parking spaces.
In the apartment there is a master bedroom with a double bed (2m x 1.8m) and another bedroom with two single beds (2m x 0.9m) or on request as a double bed (2m x 1.8m). A children's travel bed in the master bedroom can optionally be provided for a 5th "little guest". Baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided. In the warm and inviting living room there is a sofa, a flat screen TV with Bluetooth and a DVD / CD player for the entertainment you bring with you.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine (as well as a Nespresso machine). In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a shower cabin. A hair dryer is also on site.
Nuremberg is only a 20 minute drive from the apartment.
The nearby train station "Roßtal Bahnhof" (approx. 800 m away, 5-10 minutes walk) connects you via the S-Bahn line S4 directly to Nuremberg and Ansbach (journey time approx. 15-20 minutes).
The Playmobil FunPark can be reached by car in 7 minutes.

Summary: We had a great time (2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 6) at this property. The host was helpful and friendly and responded quickly to questions. The accommodation is a short drive to the train station where parking was free. Trains leave every half hour or so to Nuremburg and a family ticket was about 16 Euros for all of us to use all transport options all day (bus, tram, train and subway).The accommodation was clean, well equipped and well laid out. There are games for kids too.Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: This is a beautiful home with considerate touches to make it comfortable for guests. Our family spent the Christmas holiday and it was magical. The property is a corner lot with a large green space behind that creates a retreat feeling. The hosts are nearby and so gracious. They left surprises on our doorstep during the holiday. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were multiple grocery stores within a short distance. The train is walkable on a nice day, and we found some great restaurants nearby during our stay. The home was spacious for the 4 adults in our family and the use of a washer and dryer in the lower level was heaven sent. We will look to stay here again when we return to the area.

Summary: The property owner was very kind and both collected and delivered us to the local village railway station. Not having a car on the trip meant we would have needed to walk back and forth with luggage. So the kindness was greatly appreciated. We used the property as a basis for spending our days in and around Nuremberg as it is only a short 20 minute local train ride into the city. The area was absolutely quiet, I think our breathing was probably the loudest noise in the area. The property itself is meticulously kept, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could need when staying for a visit. I can highly recommend the property, and I usually don't give that level of praise.

Summary: We had a great trip to visit Playmobil park and Nuremberg. Every thing was close and the house was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The host was super accommodating and made sure we had a smooth check in and check out. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.
