2 Bedroom Apartment in Torre dell'Orso

The apartment is very comfortable and is located at the Sol & Mar residence just 380 meters from the famous Torre dell'Orso bay and the center. The house is on the first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds each), kitchen / living room, 3 small terraces, 1 bathroom and 1 underground garage. The distribution of spaces is perfect and the apartment is bright, airy, very comfortable and functional. The furniture is designed in fresh shades combined above all with silver gray and apple green, but every room is a surprise :)
The apartment is located a few steps from the beach, which can therefore be reached on foot or with the bicycles that we provide, as well as the various shops, restaurants and the evening walk among the stalls. The swimming pool offers relaxation and tanning without even leaving the residence. It is possible to have lunch / dinner on one of the terraces, but it is pleasant to have breakfast or have coffee on the other two smaller ones.
The apartment is very complete and everything from the appliance to the accessory is of quality!

Summary: My family and I stayed in this fantastic flat from the 1st to the 8th of September. Annarita, the lady who looks after the residence, was happy to welcome us even after office hours and made us feel at home straight away. We settled very comfortably and soon appreciated the "worries free" feeling this flat offers. Your sheets and towels are provided, the kitchen is very well equipped and you do not need to worry about your beach towels and beach umbrellas either! You just need to think about relaxing end enjoying yourselves! The flat was spotless and very clean and the wardrobes smelt lovely too! Beach and shops are a few yards away, just a short walk with no steps or steep banks. Torre dell'Orso is very lively at night and the flat is close enough to the centre to be able to walk it but far enough to enjoy a good night sleep. A few good resaturants not too far also. We do recommend this property to families with kids, couples and little groups. Thouroughly loved it!

Summary: The apartments are fresh, clean, fully furnished and have all facilities you need. Parking place near the apartment is wide and we used it instead of placing car in garage. Our stay was in low season and there was silent and quite enough. It' s ideal for families with or without children. Beautiful beach is in ten minutes to walk. You can choose bicycles to see more - beautiful cliffs, forests, old ruins, or sandy beaches - all are near. No one speaks in English here,and if Italian language isn't your strong side don't forget to take vocabulary. Otherwise it's amazing place, it's worth to visit.

Summary: We've just returned from staying at these apartments for a week. We booked it directly with the owner, who is really friendly and attentive. We found Torre dell Orso the ideal base for our Salento holidays – we did day trips to Lecce, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca etc. Owner let us use bicycles, so we did nice bike tours to San Foca and other beautiful seaside villages as well. The apartment is in a good location in a quiet road. Place provided secure parking for our car and it was close to small groceries and only a short distance to the beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is very well kept, clean and very comfortable even for 5 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with all the modern appliances. Our terrace was ideal for memorable holiday meals after a long day at the beach. And open-air swimming pool was the good place to relax and have fun. All in all, it felt like a home from home and we highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Torre dell Orso to stay here.
