Summary: We used the apartment as a base to explore a region we haven’t visited before and was not disapointed. The property is in a great location with everything you need on your doorstep The outside space has the sun on it all afternoon into the early evening, whilst there we enjoyed watching a pair of storks on their rooftop nest There are a huge choice of restaurants and bars to pick from in the evenings and great value too

Summary: This was our third stay in this property. We chose it because of its great location. You can walk to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the beach/river... It's a lively town, despite Covid, there is still a bustling atmosphere and there are plenty of places to eat out.

Summary: Everything exactly as described. Great location, right in the city centre but still not noisy. Walking distance to the beach is about 10-15 minutes, not a problem. The main square is about 2 minutes away. The flat is lovely, just as it looks in the picture. The terrace is great. The host had an irrigation system set up to water the plants. It did make the terrace wet at times, which meant we didn't really like leaving the kids out there. Super small thing. The only other negative was the wifi. Didn't always work, was super-slow, and when it stopped working, the only way to reset the router was to turn off and then on all of the electricity to the flat. No ideal! One thing to note - the parking is underground with a direct lift to the flat - this is great. But if you have a large car and/or you are nervous about manoeuvring in tight spaces, this is not the car park for you!

Summary: This was our second stay in this apartment, which is a recommendation in itself! The location is fantastic. You can walk to all the key areas of Sanlúcar. Although you are right in the centre, the terrace overlooks a pedestrian street, and is three levels up (there is a lift if you need one!), so you only hear the hum of people chatting from a distance. It's really quite peaceful. Even in February we sat on the terrace in the afternoons, enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen has sufficient equipment to cook if you want to, but there are numerous cafés and restaurants close by if you don't want to. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and there is good storage space with plenty of hangers. The air conditioning also works as heating in the cooler months.
