Close to the pink granite coast between Perros-Guirec and Port-Blanc, beautiful duplex apartment approved by Clévacances (labeled 4 people). You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from the dining room and the bedroom. You will enjoy a real magnificent view of the sea and the beach from a large picture window (not like some rentals where the sea view is through a velux window). The prices indicated include all charges including tourist tax; no supplement will be requested: no bad surprises!
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. In case of departure or arrival other than a Saturday, please consult us before booking. By cons there is no arrival or departure on Sunday.
The apartment is bright, tasteful decoration, warm atmosphere.
Nice place to rest, there is no apartment above or below. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly holiday residence 50 meters from the magnificent fine sandy Trestel beach, which is highly prized for its exhibition (classified as a European blue flag).
The apartment is composed of two rooms: a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a large closet, a bathroom with shower cabin, and a balcony with sea view.

Summary: The original maisonette flat is located in view range from the sea - it's two minutes down to the beach on foot. Breakfast on the small balcony with view of the beach/sea is a good start into the day. The flat is well equipped and decorated with taste and although it's not big (35sqm) it is still comfortable, clean and well looked after. The owner is very friendly and forthcoming. We had no problem at all with any arrangements neither beforehand nor on location. We also got a nice welcome present - a bottle of Breton cider. The flat doesn't have WIFI - which we found extremely relaxing, since it allowed to actually really spent time together. In case WIFI is required, the public library is only a two minute drive away, or can be used in the creperie down on the beach - which is two minute walk. Trévou-Tréguinec is a quiet place (in May) and in a very pittoresque area close to the Cote de granit rosé. Possiblities for day trips to sights in the area are plentiful and don't take much time on the road, since Trévou is traffic-wise conveniently located. Many tours can be actually done on foot. The descriptions of sights and activities in the area on the flat's webpage are accurate and very helpful. We visited almost all the mentioned sights and enjoyed each trip. Nonetheless we would like to add on place worth going: that's the Traouiero valley, where there is a magical forest. When inside it, you expect druids to stroll out on your trail any moment in order to offer their magical potions. We'd go back any time - if the place weren't so darn popular. Thanks a lot for a nice holiday!

Summary: We spent a nice time in Trévou Tréguignec. The Apartment was well-resourced, properly and calm. Furthermore we could admire the view of the sea from the small balcony. The landlord was extreme friendly. We can fully recommend this flat.
